★ ★ ★ ★ ★ French family, we choose Clarent because they were allowing use of debit card and propose good price packages. The car was in good condition and they didn't make any issue on the return. Team sympatic, i clearly advise choosing them. Une company sympathique et honnête qui accepte les cartes de debit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rent a car in the ClaRent because other companies required a credit card and we only had debit. We have returned the car at 1th of September without any issues or demage. We supposed to get our deposit back in 3 days. Right know it was over 5 days and we are still missing 500 euros! This is rediculous. Why it is taking so long?! I don't feel safe with the policy of the company. If nothing will change and we will not get our money back I will contact the police and my l.
We were trying to contact te Clarent but they are not answering.

We had booked a hire car with a different company but accidently forgot our credit card at home an they refused to let us hire the car with just a debit card. Clarent came to the rescue! Their service was excellent and everything was very transparent. It was easy to contact them during our holiday with any questions we had and they responded promptly. Fantastic customer service and we would use them again!
