Bad experience. At first they look nice, then you get ripped off your money in every possible way. Due to a website problem I rent twice the same car for two very different prices, I wrote them five minutes later and they let me cancel only the cheapest booking (first 100 euros gone like this). I then took the car in the evening and the guy told me he took note of some damages, it looked ok and I did not check carefully every possible scratch (my mistake to trust him, but hey I would like to be on vacation and relax few days...). At my return he immediately found a scratch that was not mentioned in the initial sheet, and I know I did not do that. I don't know how much they will charge me yet, but I am sure they will do their best. I also had to wait more than 30 minutes because it is not clear when they choose to be at their desk. Do not rent here, simply dishonest.

1hr queue just to collect the car, and that was with only 2 people in front of us. Tried to charge me more for a higher spec car because the type of car I had booked wasn't available. I insisted I get a car for the amount I had already paid and the amount they had agreed to. Finally they caved. Return of the car was quick and easy. However they then charged my card for the full 1300EUR holding amount once we had left, despite agreeing the car was fine and there would be no charges. Only once I raised a dispute with them did they refund it. Aviod avoid avoid. Pay a bit more for a reputable name.

Ive read a lot of bad comments on this company but I took my chance to give it a try, hiring the car from 20th July for 8 days touring around Sicily, so far our experience with this company was 5* service, everything was handled well by Marco although it wasn't busy at that time of pick up, upon collecting the car we immediately checked for any possible damage on the car as noted by them, there were only 2 scratchiest/dent but we found out more so its all noted down into the form by Marco. MY advice is as long as you check the car carefully for any damages inform them straight away before driving away get a copy of the documents.another thing I didn't buy the car insurance they were offering as it cost more than the rent of the car, instead bought my own insurance in UK before travelling.no hard selling,,. the only downside was the car wasn't cleaned kind of dusty in/out. Just to add on this review after 8 months of hiring the car, I have received an email from this hiring company that I was caught on a camera over speeding, it would have been nice to find this out earlier. I was a bit in a shocked but paid it at the end as all the proof and validity was genuinely acted on.

I do not often give negative opinions. Picking up the car was the worst thing during the holidays. I came to rented cars before 17. I had an agreement from 18. I was informed that I had to wait for the return of the vehicle by the previous customer to 18. At 18 there was no car and I have to wait 30 minutes. At 19 o'clock, I have to still wait... I will add that I was with two children outside the heat, from the morning I was traveling. They did not offer even water. I asked for a different car even with a surcharge. They do not have! I was waiting further. At 20.30, the previous customer arrives and I gets a dirty, damaged car. The service did nothing to help me. I greet you Alessandro !!! The return of the car went much better but I was served by another person.

Very good car and overall experience. Had a small white Toyota Yaris, a person at reseption was pleasent and with good english. Since I had a full insuarense from car broker, he just offered an additional cleaning for 0.36 euro per day, so I agreed. They returned deposit as soon as I returned the car.

The only man working there had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. He really does everything he can to make you disgusted by him. I feel sorry for the company for having such a bad employee. The girl however was very kind and had a welcoming smile.

Look out!! Real dangerous!! They offered me a car with oil light on, finished tires and different tires ones on the rear axis what is illegal. I refused to take the car and they didn't give me the money back. Be very careful with Aca Rent

I recommend up to 100%! I was looking for a car rental who - I can rent without a Credit Card - he's asking for a low deposit - can be rented with full insurance (I didn't want to take a risk) - also open on Sundays - nearby the airport. I only found this company that meets all of this. Everything was fine. Online booking was easy. At the time of booking, only about 20% of the amount to be paid was requested. The rest when I taked the car. I was able to pay with a Debit Card because I asked for the car with full insurance. VERY IMPORTANT: You can only pay with a Debit Card if you request the car with full insurance and pay a deposit. The deposit was only € 200. This is booked on my Debit Card. The deposit was canceled when the car was returned, which was not canceled by my bank for another 5 days. But after 5 days the amount was available again. I wanted to change my booking a few days after my online booking. I was able to do this by email with the company. Everything was fine even with the modification of the reservation. Important: They are very difficult to reach on the phone, but they respond to emails within 24 hours on a business day. The car was impeccable. Clean, intact, in good technical condition. I will rent a car from them another time. Thank you for your service!
