One of the best experiences in car rental company. Customer service was smooth and friendly. We got new car with automatic transmission instead of normal manual. Only down point was poor air conditioning in car. I recommend this company for your travels in Italy.

Surprisingly good service from the staff. Full insurance was expensive but the BMW I hired was very nice. Looks like they have a good selection of hire cars. Only problem was with the company I booked through who charged me insurance but I still had to pay insurance through this company. I managed to cancel the first one and just pay Noleggiare for insurance. Apart from this, pick up and return was fine.

Everything went without hassle. Pick Premium package to keep credit card pre-authorisation fee at minimum and get things faster during check-in and out.

Horrible, just please avoid for your own sanity, especially if you have travel plans that may be flexible. We tried cancelling before the 48hr time frame through calling, emailing, and facebook messenger. Facebook messenger representative said our reservation was cancelled (within the 48hr time frame). When my husband arrived to the airport, he wanted to reassure with a human that the cancellation was true and we would not be charged. They reassured us again it was cancelled. However, we still received a charge and have been fighting with the company since 7OCT and it is now 5FEB. It is just crazy! I would avoid them at all cost.

Great value and fast return. During pickup, staff did try to sell us extra insurance policies but overall not a bad experience, considering what was said about car rentals in Catania

Bad expérience, here as well. They are forcing clients into subscribing multiple insurances, invoking the bad quality of the roads. We refused but when giving back the car they found some "new" impact points on the windshield. Although the car was relatively new(27000 km, red Renault clio , when we paid for Peugeot 308 or similar), it was well scratched and bumped into in more than 6 spots. They charged additional 180 eur, out of which 80 eur of administrative fees... Do not pass by them!!! 1* is already overrated

We hired a car from Nolleggiare Catania Airport through a broker and after we confirmed the booking I checked the reviews and felt a little bit sceptical. But today after the holiday is over I must say that we had a very very good experience hiring a car from them. Their desk is very easy to find, very friendly and helpfull staff, car easy to pick up, easy to drop off, great communication, very customer oriented and they really do care that you'll have an amazing experience. I have nothing negative to say.

Watch out for this company! Here's our story: They get two stars instead of one because: Thankfully we got a car right when we walked up, and didn't have to wait. They did not force us into buying insurance because we said we had our own. They deserve one star because: However, when we dropped the car off, the attendant came to do an inspection of the car and made a beeline to a smudge mark the size of an eyelash (it was black on a dark blue car). We have no idea how she was able to see that from a distance and make a beeline to it, as even when we were a few inches away from the smudge we had a hard time seeing it since the colors were so similar and dark. Catch my sarcasm when I say her eye was remarkable! Even when she tried photographing it with her iPad to report it to HQ, she was unable to capture its size and subtlety with the iPad camera. We never once parked next to a single person during the few hours we had rented the car, and were 100% certain the damage did not come from us. However, she absolutely insisted that we had SCRATCHED the car (the paint was totally unbroken and unscathed), told us "The car is ruined" and that we had to pay the damages. She refused to back down and said "her hands were tied." We rubbed the smudge off with some coconut oil (hell yeah coconut oil!), got a second opinion by her colleague, and he said he couldn't see any damages. THANK GODS!! Now we are praying they release the security deposit they held on our credit card!
