I arrive at the car collection, the clerk offers me assurances that I refuse, as I only rent for 24 hours, and I have a garage. The insurances are compulsory (so the car cost about 70 euros + or less). Alternatives? SURE, 1200, 00 EURO DEPOSIT. REMEMBER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 1200, 00 IN CASH, THE AMOUNT ON THE CARD BIND. Beware of wolf THE AMOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOUR CARD AFTER 60 DAYS OR MORE (personal experience). I didn't take the car; and I only realized today (which I honestly did not expect as a client of the rental agency) Who cashed on the day of freight. Maybe I could legally challenge the thing, but, to get back 27.00 euros, I still have to deal with similar > mahh .... Pezz..ti. Imagine a SERIOUS problem during the rental days.... Small agencies, in every sense. I give a star because it is mandatory to write a review. Profit hunters. They make you arrive at the agency, and surprise ...
F	Franziska vl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best car rental at Catania airport! We didn't get our TWO cars at AVIS and just had a very bad experience with avis car rental. OS Car Rental had soo friendly staff and had the best prices at the airport, even though it was very spontanious. Then an employee showed us the car. He was very nice and even spoke quite good german! We were super happy with the car rental. Can highly recommend them.
D	Duane Vaughn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good rental company. I was early and my car wasn't ready yet but they were able to get me in a very comparable car quickly. A little hard to find because there are no signs near the terminals to tell you where it is. Airport personnel were NO help telling me either. There is only a very tiny sign that you will easily miss and only one entrance. I left very early and dropped the car off and dropped the keys in the drop box. TIP:Take the time to take pictures all around the car before leaving it. This is to insure that you dont get slammed for any damages after you leave it.

Then we went to OS and accepted cash money with no problem at all. Service was excellent. On the return, I had a problem how to get back to the parking lot and as soon as i put on the side road, an agent from the company stopped to give assistance. Keep it up OS. Love from Malta ??

The vehicle was extra-clean. The price included full insurance coverage with no hidden fees. Please take into consideration that there is a returnable deposit of 300 euros which is reasonable. The deposit was unblocked back to my account upon car return.

After a nearby company could not give us the car we booked due to a credit card issue (they wanted the pin), OS Car Rental could give us a car with the same credit card. Even though it was a bit more expensive than the other one, but they did help us out in the night (nice bald guy with black mustache) when we were wondering what to do after the other rental failed, with my wife, a kid and a baby. During the rental they were available when I had questions, and afterwards the return of the car went smooth. thanks to the team at OS Car Rental!

We were let down by the hire car company that we had booked in advance (Sicily by Car through Auto Europe) and had no option but to use OS Rental last minute. The team were very helpful and gave us a lovely new Micra albeit for more money than we originally wanted to pay. However, the money was well spent as there was no messing around and we had a car within ten minutes of making contact with them. Upon returning the car the check was quick and we got our money back immediately from the deposit. Excellent service.
