O	Oliver Klems on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Oktober einen Mietwagen online inkl. Versicherung angemietet. Angeblicher Schaden bei Abgabe. Kratzer quer über beide Türen re. Auf dem Übergabeprotokoll bei Anmietung wurde der Schaden notiert, bei Abgabe aber abgestritten. Der dokumentierte Schaden sei ein anderer gewesen. Mangels Fotos kein Gegenteil beweisbar. Mir wurden Vorort gleich 600€ abgeknöpft nach Schadenstabelle. Aussage des Vermieters, ich kann mir das ja bei der Versicherung wiederholen. Nach Rückkehr nach Deutschlandhabe ich der Versicherung den Schaden angezeigt. Diese möchte zusätzlich eine Rechnung der Reparatur oder zumindest die Preistabelle für die Schadensberechnung haben. Mehrfacher Versuch telefonisch oder per Mail Kontakt mit der Autovermietung aufzunehmen ist nicht möglich. Stellen sich tot. Werde auf meinen Kosten wohl sitzen bleiben. Kann die Autovermietung nicht weiterempfehlen. Rented a rental car online including insurance in October. Alleged damage upon delivery. Scratch across both doors on the right. The damage was noted on the handover protocol when renting, but denied when it was handed over. The documented damage was different. In the absence of photos, no evidence to the contrary can be proven. I was deducted € 600 on the spot according to the damage table. Statement from the landlord, I can repeat that with the insurance company. After returning to Germany, I reported the damage to the insurance company. They would also like to have an invoice for the repair or at least the price table for calculating the damage. Multiple attempts to contact the car rental company by phone or email are not possible. Pretend to be dead. I will probably stay seated at my expense. Can't recommend the car rental company.

Nos ofrecieron un auto mejor al que teníamos reservado sin costo extra con mucha seguridad y tecnología. También utilizamos la modalidad de entrega en el aeropuerto fuera del horario de atención y todo fue rápido y sencillo. No hubo problemas con el depósito de garantía.

Il fornitore del noleggio presso aeroporto di Catania era ACA RENT ma il contratto me l’hanno stipulato come Quattro RENT . Il funzionario di nome Gaetano , non appena saputo che avevo già stipulato assicurazione per protezione franchigia, si è dimostrato insistente e scortese. La politica del carburante prevista era PIENO/PIENO ..ebbene mi hanno consegnato la macchina in riserva ! Sostenendo che non avevano fatto in tempo a fare carburante , Se non avessi accettato mi avrebbero disdetto contratto ed avrei dovuto trovare in loco altra compagnia noleggio. Mi hanno pure detto che avrei dovuto restituire il veicolo ben lavato pagando loro anticipatamente 15 euro per il lavaggio ! Pessima esperienza e scorrettezza estrema ! Bad experience and extreme impropriety. I booked a rental through the Discover cars portal. The rental provider at Catania airport was ACA RENT but the contract was stipulated for me as Quattro RENT. The official named Gaetano, as soon as he learned that I had already taken out insurance for excess protection, proved to be insistent and rude. The expected fuel policy was FULL / FULL .. although they handed me the car in reserve! Claiming that they hadn't had time to get fuel, If I hadn't accepted they would have canceled my contract and I would have had to find another rental company on site. They also told me that I would have to return the well-washed vehicle by paying them 15 euros in advance for the washing! Bad experience and extreme impropriety!

Inoltre i 350 euro ci sono stati addebitati con carta di credito solo alla riconsegna del mezzo. Che dire, nessuno potrebbe fare meglio. Great experience! We rented a 9-seater Ford Transit, I would say almost new, for 350 euros for 6 days and with a deposit of only 200 euros. Furthermore, the 350 euros were charged to us by credit card only when the vehicle was returned. What can I say, no one could do better.

The staff were very polite and friendly,the car,which I brought in Catania airport,was brand new and clean and I didn’t have any problems during the check in and the check out neither. I’ve been renting cars since a couple of years,but this one has been one of the most nice and enjoyable experience! Recommended to everyone!
