Il proprietario é stato molto cortese e comprensivo e ci ha inviato il rimborso della differenza nei tempi. Grazie ancora per la vostra professionalità, non é da tutti in questo settore. In a recent period due to flooding in Catania and its surroundings, we had no problems returning the car and reviewing the rates based on the actual use of the car, taken for a week rather than two. The owner was very courteous and understanding and sent us a refund for the time difference. Thanks again for your professionalism, it is not for everyone in this sector.

Absolut top! Wir können nicht negatives sagen. Achja, war in Catania. We had booked a rental car during the Easter holidays in 2022 and got a higher class, it was an absolutely fair price (500 euros for 15 days), the car was completely new (<30 km on it) and we received the deposit of 500 euros directly Day of delivery back! Absolutely great! We can't say anything negative. Oh yes, was in Catania.

Auto nuova, di categoria superiore rispetto a quella prenotata, pulitissima. Ottima tariffa di noleggio. Personale cordiale e corretto, ci ha suggerito lui stesso di fotografare l'auto al ritiro per documentare alcuni graffietti minimi. Car rental just outside Catania airport, inside the parking area. New car, of a higher category than the one booked, very clean. Great rental rate. Friendly and correct staff, he himself suggested that we photograph the car at the pickup to document some minimal scratches.

Inoltre ci è stata data un' auto di categoria superiore a quella da noi prenotata, una Seat Arona nuovissima con 1800 km, completa di tutti gli optional più innovativi. La disponibilità e la cortesia di tutto lo staff sono superiori alla media!! Ringrazio particolarmente Giovanni per la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Nel rientro alla consegna dell'auto c'è stata molta disponibilità da parte del personale nel controllare la vettura, se si rispettano le regole non c'è nessun problema, ma molta comprensione, pertanto quando ritorneremo a Catania senza ombra di dubbio la compagnia che sceglieremo sarà Felirent!! Grazie mille!! We rented a car for 8 days in Catania and saved over € 100 compared to other renters. We were also given a higher category car than the one we booked, a brand new Seat Arona with 1800 km, complete with all the most innovative options. The availability and courtesy of all the staff are above average !! I particularly thank Giovanni for his kindness and professionalism. On returning to the delivery of the car there was a lot of willingness on the part of the staff to check the car, if you respect the rules there is no problem, but a lot of understanding, so when we return to Catania without a shadow of a doubt the company that we will choose will be Felirent !! Next they refuse give us money back so we have to rent this car, plus they charge us for extra insurance like 200euro for 5 days. Right now somebody from company charge me twice 60 euro for parking ticket, but when I ask for any evidence no body respond. Be ready for adicional spendings with returning car to, becose no body will check car on return, no body working there at the morning. Costumer servis ends when you pay money. COMPANIES LIKE THIS BRING SHAME TO SICILY
A	Anna Vilcāne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad! Bad! Bad! When we reserved a car there, they asked about the time of our arrival. We said it would be around 16 o'clock. Our flight got delayed for 1 hour or so. When we arrived there, they said, they could not provide the vehicle we have booked, they said that it is gone, and we should have called and informed them about the delay. The guy at the counter was so arrogant, he said he is not obliged to stay at the office all day and wait for us to arrive... Sorry what? Then he tried to give us an offer (we could resist): we could pay 600 Euro for another car for 6 days... The money for our rented car they have already charged, and now they are not answering emails or phone calls. What a warm Sicilian welcome!
A	Arijit Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. Do not recommend at all. They only issue voucher after you’ve paid 60 euro. I have booked for 4 days and as per voucher paid 60 euro and the remaining was 152 euro which was supposed to be paid upon receiving the car. Paid for insurance online as well. Once there they will charge you additional 300 or 500 euro which you will not get back. They claim that this is the rent car company insurance. If so then why not show it in total amount. A cheat in disguise fooling international customers. They think that they can fool people because we come from Dubai. If you do not agree the booking gets cancelled but you don’t get back the 60 euro. Beware of this scam. Especially to all current and future tourists from Dubai when FlyDubai starts again.

Free km, great guys behind the front desk, Giulianno when we picked upt the car and he was so patient with us. Great rental car. If I coud give 10 Stars you would get it. Next time we will return and rent again. Thanks so much for giving us such a comfortable car, and it was almost new.. see you soon...thanks again. Greetz Fred and Ira Skerra from Germany
