Das gilt hier für alle Anbieter von Autovermietungen. Das Beste ist man macht vorher vom Auto genaue Fotos. Hier besonders auf Lackkratzer und Beschädigung an Felgen etc. achten. Diese Beschädigungen sollten in ein Übergabeprotokoll aufgenommen werden. Die Mitarbeiter machen zwar keine sondrelich interessierten Eindruck dem Nachzukommen, aber man darf sich da nicht abwimmeln lassen. Wenn man das Fahrzeug zurück gibt schauen die Mitarbeiter nämlich ganz genau hin. Also Vorsicht! La possibilità di ritiro h24 appoggiandosi ad Autogate (a 300mt dall'aeroporto e con navetta gratuita) è un vantaggio in caso di voli in tarda sera che potrebbero ulteriormente tardare, e compensa il prezzo più alto rispetto a sicily by car e company. Con queste compagnie dopo la mezzanotte si paga il sovrapprezzo. Inoltre abbiamo noleggiato un 7 posti e abbiamo ricevuto un diesel 6 marce, con solo 40000km, cruise control e navigatore inclusi, non si poteva chiedere di più. Aveva qualche normale segno su carrozzeria e cerchioni, ma tutto annotato e nessun problema alla riconsegna. è chiaro che come tutti gli autonoleggi il mio consiglio, per tutti quelli un po' sprovveduti che leggo che si lamentano, è di controllare sempre l'auto da cima a fondo, anche col buio con una bella torcia del telefono, e far annotare anche il minimo graffio per non avere spiacevoli sorprese; che infatti non ho avuto. Per un nuovo soggiorno in Sicilia, tornerò senz'altro a rivolgermi a loro. Quando tornerò in Sicilia lo ricontatterò SICURAMENTE! d	den dev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina che avrebbe dovuto essere di dimensioni medie (es Citroen C3, Clio, Fiesta, ecc ) invece ci è stata data un Citroen C1… Inoltre la macchina dopo pochi chilometri ha iniziato a segnalare problemi per la mancanza di liquido del servosterzo. Chiamando il signor Russo numerose volte per segnalare il problema, lui ha sempre detto di non preoccuparci.. Purtroppo per questo problema abbiamo avuto molta difficoltà sia nel parcheggiare (il volante diventava duro o si bloccava del tutto) sia nell’andate avanti in strada (quando si accendeva la spia improvvisamente la macchina si spegneva e si riavviava da sè). Infine un paio di volte inserendo la chiave e girandola per accendere la macchina, essa non si avviava; era necessario scendere, chiudere la macchina, riaprirla e poi salire… Nel complesso sarebbe andando tutto abbastanza bene se alla riconsegna il Signor Russo si fosse scusato per il disagio e non avesse messo in dubbio le nostre parole affermando che “la macchina era perfetta” (in maniera poco educata).
