β β β β β We are very satisfied with the rental. We rented the car for 9 days. We got Fiat 500 with a very small mileage. The car behaved perfectly. The collection of the car was quick and efficient. The same was during the return. The car was checked by the staff during pick-up and return. All previous damages were marked in the contract. A big thanks to the staff. Special thanks to Maria, who in a nice and professional way answered for all our questions.I recommend with a clear conscience. mm

β β β β β We were given a car seat which was in pathetic condition and they were shameless to the core to charge β¬65 for it. One could buy a new car set for that money. The seat was bad enough and anyone would have happily thrown it away in bin. More over SG Transfers gave us a cheaper car despite the car i had booked ( 40 days prior to the date of travel) originally was available in the car park ready to go. When i protested I was given a reason that it was reserved for some other customer.

β β β β β Could not recommend AG Transfers in Catania more! Desiree at the airport desk was brilliant to deal with: professional, detail-oriented and very friendly. We opted for the full cover of the Fiat Panda and were very pleased. Melania helped us check over the car and was extremely methodical. Highly recommend this service!

β β β β β Excellent car rental company for car rental! managed to get a good deal for an automatic car on arrival at the airport and process was extremely smooth. They also accepted the American Express car rental excess credit card cover which was a pro. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for car rental at Catania airport!
