I	Ian Criticos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B-Rent was very busy when I arrived to pick up my car. The employee was too busy to do a preliminary check of the car. The damage report showed nothing wrong. On my walk around I found 2 scratched areas. I took pictures and showed them to the employee. He told me to save the pictures and it would be fine. Upon return, a different employee charged me €256 euro and said that I had damaged the car. When I showed the employee the picture, she said that I was lying. I told her I was going to refuse to pay it and she said they could withhold the entire €900 deposit. I didn’t have time to argue as I was going to miss my plane. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will find bogus reasons to overcharge you. I repeat - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
A	Ali Azadbakht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. The woman on the service desk told us we can cancel our reservation without any penalty after hour in a queue. Later, the company rejected our request and costed us the full money around three hundred euro! Also, the company closed my account and I could not cancel my reservation! They are LIARS and the company seems like a fraud! I just saw the other reviews and I am thinking that I was lucky that I did not get the car otherwise they costed me over than this! Please make your self comfortable and DO NOT rent from here.
X	Xiaowen Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office closes way too early!!!! I was in front of it, with the right reservations, yet there's no one! I wasn't alone. There are other people who have made reservations just like me, calling and waiting for miracle. Not recommend at all! Take cars from other company to save time, energy, and a good mood please. This company makes Sicily ashamed.
R	Rinus Timmermans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summary: merciless company, all my prepaid money was taken without getting a car. Longer review: I booked via an intermediate, so did not really know who would be supplying the car. As is normal nowadays I booked full insurance via the intermediate. Upon arriving they wanted a deposit (makes sense) unfortunately due to my own mistake I was 70 euros credit short on my credit card for the 900 euro deposit. They would not be flexible. Did not accept cash, did not accept debit cards, did not accept my girlfriend's credit card. Oh, and I had 15 min to organise it or else my reservation would be cancelled. The other alternative was to pay their insurance as well for 251 (!) Euros (car reservation was 145 euros). Obviously I did not manage it on time with my bank, they cancelled the reservation: I lost my 145 euros and had to book a more expensive car somewhere else. I fully understand the mistake was mine initially, but the chance I got to correct it was basically zero. You want to be Ryanair? You do you, baby. You do get bad reviews everywhere from me, I wish I could do more to show you my discontent.. but that's all the power I have ;-)

First of all they had a lot of reservations that day and they send one girl to work so we waited almost 2 hours in a line to get the car.... So we had to change our plans because we lost a lot of time at the office. When we finally arrived at the desk they said that they don't accept the debit cards for deposit? We never had problems with our cards before. So we went next door to holiday car rental, fixed the problem in 5 minutes and we were on our way to mt. Etna.

If you rent a specific car probably you won't get right, they will try to provide with a tiny car, normally people complain about it so they offer a "solution": a bigger car with insurance plus a few extras that you probably don't need for 200€ more euros. All the cars are damaged, dirty and with some kind of technical problem, I've seen it for my self. Watch for the tyres as Sicilian roads are really slippery and dangerous you might end up in the bottom of slope if you don't demand the minimum safety features for a safe drive. The staff it's not helpful enough and they take ages to attend a costumer.
A	Anja Jakič on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst car rental in Catania! Don't let them fool you, because they are cheap. We booked a car on the website for 1 day. Then we got to the airport (where they have their office), we waited almost 2 hours, before we got to the desk. We had our reservation at 9am (they opened at 9am) and there were 10 people before us, so we had to wait, even tho we had reservation. We already paid 18e online for the car, but then we tried to pay the rest, the lady said they don't except VISA DEBIT cards?? We never had a problem with our cards before..so we waisted 2 hours for nothing. Then we went to Holiday rental cars and they fixed us quickly. So thanks because of them, we had a really nice day. So please avoid B RENT because you will just have problems!
G	Ghassan S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a solid favour and avoid this company at all costs! - When I picked up the car the front desk lady tried so hard to sell me additional insurance that I eventually had to tell her to stop! I have my own and I don’t need your insurance. - When I delivered the car they claimed I scratched the rim front cover which I did not. My mistake for not taking photos before! I took the car on the day of pick up to my Airbnb and parked it on the left side of the street. Funny that the scratch on the right side somehow became my fault! Just find another decent company other than these thieves!
