Quick and relaxed! Very to get a car and super quick drop off. No issues with car - quite new and in good condition. Thanks to Marco who checked the car in one minute and was super pleasant and helpful. Will choose Locauto next time for sure!

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is a complete scam and they are not part of Alamo or Enterprise. On to the scam; I hired a car from them for three weeks, I had an early flight so I had to drop off the car at 5am. When I dropped it off I inspected the car and took a video of it, the entire car was in perfect condition. A few hours later I get an email from Locauto saying the rear light was smashed. I checked the video I took and it was in perfect condition. I've told Locauto this and I even sent them the video as proof, they don't care and they are asking for €235 in damages. I've escalated this to everyone I can at Enterprise in the US, UK and Italy. No one can help - so if you book with these con artists know that: 1) they will try to scam you for damages you didn't cause 2) when they do that no one at Enterprise will help you because Locauto isn't part of that company. PS: Locauto have miraculously got a lot of 5 star reviews in the past 2 months from accounts that have only ever left one review. I wouldn't trust those reviews. In summary: avoid this awful scammy company at all costs.

Rented a Fiat Punto, they gave me a Seat Ibiza. Car was great, service was great.

I thought that by paying more, I will avoid bad surprises but this company is worse than the lowcost rental company, it charges me a 40€ penalty for a violation of the traffic code according to their general conditions, but the overrun of Parking time is not a traffic violation. it's just a pretext to take money from customers.

Very good service, especially by Rosario. Everything was clearly explained. The car was carefully checked at the beginning and at the end of the rental in our presence. No surprises. Thank you!

Better to avoid. Unfair/unproperly documented damage charge. Car rented a Turin airport. Voucher for Alamo with no mention about Locauto. The nice lady at the counter asked me to sign there all documents, inlcuding car take-over, without me seing the car. The low light in the garage didn't allow for a thorough check of the car and considering that I rented from a renamed company (Alamo) I trusted there will be no abuse which is tipical for cheap local Italian rental companies (Goldcar, Sicilly by car, etc.) At return, as I had an early flight, I dropped the key in the box at 7.40. To my surprise I was charged with a damaged rim 85 EUR and, additional, a penalty accident fee of 70 EUR. I asked the customer service for clarification and received a picture of a 3 cm scatch on the rim (see picture attached), from where you couldn't tell if the damage was fresh or old. I asked for another picture and the explanation of the accident fee, since there was no accident, but, although promptly answered, I didn't get anything else than a standard answer and pointing to the Rental special conditions. Low price that makes you regret later. Better to avoid!

I signed up for a rental with my company account at Enterprise for work travel. With my company account we have insurance included with our rentals. Locauto decided that the rental with insurance doesn't matter and refused to honor my rental contract with Enterprise when I needed to file an insurance claim for a rental. Additionally the damage they claimed was rather suspiciously found 4 hours after they checked my return. I was sent an email at noon after my car being checked in at 8 am. Nonetheless unilaterally altering my reservation without my consent and therefore taking away my insurance is fraud. Despite committing fraud they are still trying to charge my card for 400 Euros for the 'damage' attached to my review. As a person who travels for work regularly and I always take pictures and videos of my rentals I've never taken a picture of the roof of a rental. I will be doing that from now on lesson learned. But in the meantime I'd definitely stay away from this rental agency.

I was reading another review, and should say they did similar thing to me. Apparently this company has a thing with car's roof and charging for damages that are hard to check when you return your car. Make sure you will take a picture of your car's roof!!!!! they can scam you otherwise. I am lucky that my credit card will cover the cost but so you know this might be their trick. I have been renting car from enterprise for years in many countries, they have always been great. I have never experienced anything like this.
