★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. They tried to upsell me some offer, but it wasn't good for me, so I declined. They spoke understandable English. Taking the bus to Taormina was much easier than I expected.

Banged by surprise on my backpack while I have cervical trouble, cause the neighbour didn't close the luggage door, the driver screamed on me and didn't get on his bus until I closed the door
The tickets seller closed into 2m², if not depressed, gived wrong informations to other tourists and I, that you have to correct, as she writed on paper the wrong place number of bus where I had to wait and put the blame on me when I return to confirm
How a whole compagny leads a bad taste of the place to end your holidays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 different bus companies here selling tickets to the nearby cities. Would be great if they provide bus service to Catania town as well. Those buying bus ticket to the Catania town centre have to head over to the last bus stop (AMT) and wait. Ticket can be bought on the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can get over the surly service you will get any information you need. The staff are ,happy isn't the word but, willing to move your ticket times if you need it. Just remember if they start work at 0700 the booth won't be manned until then even if the staff are sitting ignoring you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good, hourly service (on week days, less frequent at weekends) to Syracuse, about 75 minute ride away. Easy to buy a ticket from the booth just outside arrivals (between Hall A and C) but no cover if raining or shade if full sun. The service was pretty much on time departure both ways but road delays en route mean you ought to allow some spare time if going for a flight!

book a taxi to Giardini Naxos because the bus left in front of us from the airport. They refuse to give us a refund.
