★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Catania ci sono 2 biglietterie Sais,in concorrenza, una accanto all altra. nessuna delle due ti fornisce indicazioni se per caso sbagli ed arrivi all ultimo momento e non entri in quella giusta ,rischiando così di perdere il Bus
.Boicottaggio inutile e poco serio
 In Catania there are 2 Sais ticket offices, in competition, one next to the other. neither of them gives you information if by chance you make a mistake and you arrive at the last moment and you do not enter the right one, thus risking losing the bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company location is quite confusing. There are two companies with almost the same name (Autolinee and Transporti) with different departure bus stations. Moreover, the seller (Transporti) couldn't print the tickets and wasn't speaking english. I had to go to another office which was hard to find (no signs). Also I couldn't buy tickets online , i couldn't register because it wasn't accepting my phone number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible institution. Busses are randomly not coming at all, wrong or no informations at all, no excuses, no redunds.
Even with a valid ticket, I got stuck in Agrigento over night because a bus to Catania simply didn't come and I never got anything back, not even an excuse. Possibly the worst managed bus company in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to sell the ticket from Agrigento to Catania Airport telling me that I can buy it only in Agrigento. As online purchase is not designed for foreigners (the form needs an italian cellphone number) I was nervous about the full bus to the airport.

My foot is broken..There is no sit number.
Double deck bus ..Down is 24 sits but sitting 11 people with lots of luggage on the sits and nobody moves the luggages and driver says what can I do?:))
Such a terrible company.
So guys I have to climb upper deck..
Please do not buy ticket from this company you just get regreat..
