★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy your tickets prior. Toilet is at bus ticket sales office. Staff are nice but always chatting or on their mobile phones.
Be clear and patient and kill them with kindness. Make sure you clarify things.
This station takes you everywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent, lazy, inefficient. Your reservation means nothing, they oversell a dozen tickets. I suggest looking for alternatives if you don’t want to wait 2 hours to get into a bus.

Cons: only accept cash, rude stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Do not help you with times or directions to where the buses are if you don't speak Italian (and thus regard you as a tourist) Ended up missing the bus because we couldn't find where the buses were parked and they wouldn't help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go a few steps to the Central Train Station. It’s faster AND cheaper! The trains have AC and the service staff are super friendly :)
Honestly, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are not able to tell you where your bus is departing, not willing to answer questions, and they even rolled their eyes when we asked where the bus would stop at our destination. Hands down, this is one of very few reviews I wrote here and I‘m not someone who is very picky when it comes to that kinda stuff. But this company is THE worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought tickets from Catania to Taormina.Waited for almost 2 hours, the bus was late.After that it was full and the driver did not let us it.He tols us to wait for another 2 hours.Wy did they sell me tickets for a full bus??This is a disgrace!!I missed my appointment and lost my day.

In corona time, they don't open any windows, so no fresh air in the bus.
Different situation if you are a nice woman, then they are corteous, gentle and radiant.
