M	M. C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alle ore 16.00 circa del 16-04-2018 ho dovuto attendere il dipendente della biglietteria almeno 15 minuti. Era vuota e senza nessun avviso sull'assenza. Dopo l'attesa entra il dipendente con nonchalance senza scusarsi dell'assenza e quando gli chiedo da dove partisse l'autobus per Perugia mi risponde con tono scocciato "Sul biglietto c'é scritto, via Archimede"!!!! Non é scontato che si sappia quale sia la fermata, bastava indicare quale delle 2 fermate fosse, se fosse la fermata di fronte alla biglietteria o quella poco piú in lá, poteva benissimo indicare la fermata con il suo ditino (visto che stava gia fuori) e poteva anche darmi il numero del terminal. Sappiate che presso il terminal di via Archimede NON CI STA NESSUNA INDICAZIONE che citi la compagnia baltour ed é normale andare in confusione, confusione di cui voi avete obbligo di chiarire con gentilezza e professionalitá. Tutto questo episodio mi ha recato molto stress. at about 16.00 on 16-04-2018 I had to wait for the ticket office employee at least 15 minutes. It was empty and with no notice of absence. After the wait the employee enters nonchalantly without apologizing for the absence and when I ask him where the bus to Perugia left from he replies in a pissed tone "On the ticket there is written, via Archimede" !!!! It is not obvious that we know what the stop is, it was enough to indicate which of the 2 stops it was, if it was the stop in front of the ticket office or the one a little further away, it could very well indicate the stop with its finger (since it was already outside) and he could also give me the terminal number. Know that at the terminal in via Archimede THERE IS NO INDICATION that you mention the baltour company and it is normal to go into confusion, confusion of which you are obliged to clarify with kindness and professionalism. This whole episode brought me a lot of stress.
G	Giuseppe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaggio orrendo, tratta pescara-canicatti 14h e30 di viaggio, più ore di ritardo, con: wifi inesistente, prese per ricaricare i telefoni rotti, bagno rotto, condizionatore bloccato a basse temperature tutta la notte. Invece di fare 3/4 soste, come si dovrebbe fare per viaggi cosi lunghi, ci siamo fermati solo 1volta. Per non parlare dei posti, sulla carta erano numerati ma nel concreto no per gli autisti hanno voluto che lasciassimo liberi i primi 4 posti perchè loro dovevano dormire. Ho chiamato anche per un rimborso, lunedi aggiornero la mia valutazione. Horrendous journey, pescara-canicatti section 14h and 30 of travel, more hours of delay, with: non-existent wifi, sockets to recharge broken phones, broken bathroom, air conditioner blocked at low temperatures all night. Instead of making 3/4 stops, as we should do for such long journeys, we only stopped once. Not to mention the seats, they were numbered on paper but in practice no for the drivers they wanted us to leave the first 4 seats free because they had to sleep. I also called for a refund, on Monday I will update my evaluation.

Bus del tutto inadeguati per viaggi di lunga percorrenza, gli spazi tra un sedile e l'altro sono eccessivamente ridotti, le condizioni igieniche del bagno imbarazzanti, gli orari non vengono rispettati. We are not quite there. Buses completely inadequate for long-distance journeys, the spaces between one seat and the other are excessively reduced, the hygienic conditions of the bathroom embarrassing, the timetables are not respected.
c	cetti rapisarda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono sull'autobus per Torino...sul servizio nn ho nulla da dire, eccellente guida , personale gentile, tranne le ondate di bagno sporco che arrivano ogni tanto... unica nota negativissima, e per questo do solo una stella, è l'aria condizionata costantemente sulla testa...più passeggieri educatamente, abbiamo chiesto di abbassarla se non addirittura di toglierla...la risposta dei signori autisti è stata che l'avrebbero fatto...cosi nn è stato...e questo non ne capisco il motivo...non capisco perché pur avendo pagato un biglietto debba subire questa tortura..a me piace l'aria condizionata ma nn sulla testa...e tutto questo lo ritengo ingiusto! J	John hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Flixbus in Catania to purchase two round-trip tickets to the north of Italy, asked the staff to hold on while, I converse to my wife, then just a minute later we decided to purchase them ( which were a price of 260 euro) the clerk refused to sell them to us as we walked off on her,then she said they were closed, but they were not closed at all,so in the end were sent away without tickets. Worst place I have ever been too in Catania... For customer service....
