★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katrina Thanks for the upgrade that was completely trash the car had been wrecked about five times the seat was broke the headlight was broke the customer service was terrible from you no signs to get you in or out no shuttle to pick us up at the airport how are you people are in business I do not know horrible business stay away no addressed address on all paperwork is incorrect a complete nightmare a disaster stay away from Ace rent a car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience. On their terms and conditions it states you need an international driver's license, multiple IDL are issued digitally and they would not accept it even though nowhere did it state it needs to be a physical copy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how Ace Rent a Car advertises a desk in Ciampino as I was directed to OK Mobility... this company accepted a booking for a time when their office in Ciampino was closed and charged me an out of hours fee for the priviledge... total scam... the state of car was filthy to say the least... had to sanitize everything. Avoid like the plague
