★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adequately provided transport to and from the airport. The driver will take your bags, you get in the van, and you end up where you need to go. It's not that complicated. They pick up from P5 by the big fountain on the edge of the P5 lot nearest to the airport itself.

Good customer service team, Valentina & colleagues are all efficient and professional.
Second time renting and will most likely keep using the service.. can I rent a p.cayenne with a fiat500 daily rate charge????
There’s a shuttle from the parkingo lot to CIA, you’re not going to find shumacher wearing a Swiss watch and this ain’t Japan we’re everything goes clockwork, so leave enough time for the unlikely delays to happen and don’t always blame people or services because you miss your flight ? give it a go! Peace out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Car returned with radiator fan on because according to those responsible, the battery was discharged and they had left the engine running to charge it (hours? Minutes? How long it is not known). The fact is that I had to go back to the reception to ask why the engine was hot otherwise they wouldn't have told me anything. Incidentally the battery is still the same and has never run out again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through Expedia. Front desk friendly enough, car was a bit scratched so take pics otherwise but clean. Drove from Rome to Fermo, about 4 hours. Notice odd rubber smell from car along the way. Once at destination came out to find front tire flat. Mechanic took a look and said I was lucky to make it, tires were so worn! I had to buy two new tires to get back safely. Just check tires before you go, I am not sure if this is typical for this rental company just me experience.
