s	simona spaziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio la persona che doveva prendere la macchina mi ha fatto aspettare 20 minuti in areoporto e quando ho fatto presente la cosa voleva rifiutarsi di prendere la macchina .Ho rischiato di perdere il volo!!! Al ritorno ho dovuto chiamare diverse volte prima che arrivasse...la mia esperienza assolutamente negativa..... Bad service the person who had to take the car made me wait 20 minutes at the airport and when I mentioned this he wanted to refuse to take the car. I risked losing the flight !!! On the way back I had to call several times before it arrived ... my absolutely negative experience .....

A noi hanno aumentato il prezzo di 15 euro (il doppio) all'ultimo con la scusa che il nostro veicolo è un camion. Noi avevamo prenotato da internet mettendo tutte le informazioni del veicolo che è un normalissimo 9 posti guidabile con patente b. Opporsi è stato inutile perche significa con l'ignoranza piu totale e alimenta solo rabbia, che non è un buon ingrediente della vacanza. Quindi consiglio di chiamarli e stabilire un prezzo e un piano b da seguire se vogliono alzare il prezzo. f	francesca romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente un parcheggio eccezionale come puntualita' e cortesia avevo scelto il servizio car valet dimenticandomi di chiamare avevo urgenza di prendere l' aereo e ho trovato gia' il personale sul posto .Al rientro trovo la macchina come d' accordo esattamente dopo 10 minuti dalla chiamata, vicino gli arrivi. Really an exceptional parking as punctuality and courtesy I had chosen the car valet service forgetting to call I had urgency to take the plane and I found already the personnel on the place. On the return I find the car as of agreement exactly after 10 minutes from the call , near the arrivals.
s	salvatore catalano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho usufruito del servizio tra l'11 e il 18 settembre. servizio eccellente sia in ingresso che in uscita. In ingresso all'aeroporto il signore del servizio non mi ha visto ma ho richiamato al telefono e ci siamo subito ritrovati perchè lui era già sul posto. Unica segnalazione negativa: lo stesso signore dell'ingresso, mi ha consegnto la vettura pretendendo 8 euro di parcheggio relativo al giorno della consegna. Ho pagato puntualizzando che la richiesta non aveva senso (non so a quanto tempo corrisponda un pedaggio da 8 euro ma è uno sproposito) ma, stanco del viaggio non vedevo l'ora di tornare a casa. Vi segnalo quanto accaduto perchè non abbiate a perdere altri clienti, come me, continuando a incaricare del contatto coi clienti gente così miserabile. Peccato! The only negative report: the same gentleman at the entrance handed me the car demanding 8 euros for parking on the day of delivery. I paid by pointing out that the request did not make sense (I don't know how long a toll of 8 euros corresponds but it is a blunder) but, tired of the journey, I couldn't wait to go home. I report what happened so that you do not have to lose other customers, like me, by continuing to entrust such miserable people with contact with customers. Sin!

t	terasized on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT park here if you speak English. Also do not park here if you like to add extra time for emergencies. The guy who took our car said to call when we wanted to be picked up. When we tried calling (after asking someone to help us that spoke Italian) the company claimed they didn’t have my car. Then the shuttle said they wouldn’t pick us up because our reservation was for about another 6 hours. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Luckily an Italian family being picked up talked the driver into letting us ride with them.
