★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovete vendere casa rivolgetevi oltre..... La mia esperienza con questa agenzia e' stata pessima. Hanno tenuto casa bloccata per circa un anno e poco piu. Le scuse erano sempre le stesse (...Eh il mercato e' fermo, non si vende, etc etc) quando in realta' arrivavano richieste di acquisto. La tenevano ferma per comprarla o venderla a qualche parente e/o amico a due soldi perche' ad ogni incontro in ufficio mi facevano abbassare il prezzo di casa. A mandato scaduto (un anno di silenzio praticamente) mi e' bastato mettere un annuncio su un conosciutissimo portale di compravendita di immobili e casa e' stata venduta dopo circa tre mesi e non di certo al prezzo indicatomi da loro. Vorrei dire alla sig.ra Y. che l'intelligenza delle persone non va offesa e che per strada c'e' gente piu furba e scaltra di lei.

Eh the market is at a standstill, it is not sold, etc etc) when in reality purchase requests arrived. They kept it still to buy it or sell it to some relative and / or friend for two pennies because at every meeting in the office they made me lower the price of the house. When the mandate expired (practically a year of silence) it was enough for me to place an ad on a well-known real estate and house buying portal and it was sold after about three months and certainly not at the price indicated by them. I would like to tell Mrs. Y. that people's intelligence is not offended and that there are people on the street smarter and more cunning than her.
