Bèh, questo sicuramente NON è il vostro caso.....posso solo farvi i miei COMPLIMENTI....sono stato estremamente colpito dalla vostra serietà e professionalità, sia degli installatori che del personale che segue le pratiche, dal principio alla fine e soprattutto durante i lavori, risolvendo dei piccoli disguidi in pochissimo tempo e con la gentilezza che non ti aspetti più da una persona che segue via telefono a distanza. Un enorme applauso a Florian e Daniel, davvero 2 persone educatissime e che sanno lavorare come pochi....veloci, pratici, professionali e bravissimi nel loro operato....hanno un'accuratezza nel lasciare tutto pulito che è stata davvero la ciliegina sulla torta. Posso solo dire a tutti voi.....BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI. L'azienda, costantemente attiva da vari decenni, è 100% artigianale e già questo basterebbe per stare senza alcuna preoccupazione. Il titolare ed il personale, TUTTO, sono molto cortesi, professionali e con un ottima capacità di ascolto (cosa rara ai tempi d'oggi). Il servizio è stato veloce, preciso, accurato, puntuale ed il prezzo ASSOLUTAMENTE competitivo. SUPERCONSIGLIATISSIMO !!! Ho acquistato una porta blindata, chiedendo se fosse previsto anche il ritiro della vecchia (come si usa solitamente); mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero ritirato la porta al momento del montaggio....invece, sono stata raggirata...al telefono mi hanno prima detto che sarebbero tornati e poi mi hanno detto che dato che non era scritto sull'ordine... "non ci interessa!!" Arroganti e bugiardi!! Un'azienda si valuta anche dalla serietà e dal servizio!!...e qui è pessimo!! Bad experience !! Don't shop in this shop ... they make fun of people!
