★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, extra costs. My plane to Chiampino was delayed for 1 hour. When I arrived at Sicily by car they informed me my car was already given out and I only could get a more expensive car. I gave them my flight information, apparently they didn't bother to check if there was a delay. The car they gave me was fine until I found out the windshield wipers were not working. As I was 2hrs south of Napels (in total 4hrs from Rome) at that moment I asked them if I could get a local repair shop to fix them. That wasn't possible, they instructed me to drive to Reggio Calabrië to get a replacement car, they didn't care it was raining. I had the luck I thought that was at Lamezia Thermen airport so I drove there in 1.5hrs. Only the last 15min I had rain, but that was unpleasant and dangerous enough. At Lamezia they told me it was Reggio I should have gone to (extra 1.5 hrs) but they took an effort and after some phone calls helped me anyway.
When I was home I got a mail from Sicily by car that there had been a traffic fine and they charged me an amazing 61euro's to pass my information to the police. I never got any ticket from the police though and they never provided proof there was a fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went I was in Rome, i literally went to 5 different rental agencies because I can only drive an automatic. (I am from the USA) Went to this agency, fast and easy service. Got me a SEAT Ateca with an automatic and a good rate. Really amazing service I got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took over an hour to get car as only one guy on desk. 100km car which was filthy on outside. They are honest though about scratches and damage which is a huge thing with car rental.

I got an Opel Karl in very good condition, the guy at the counter was very friendly and attentive at pickup and drop-off, next holiday in Italy I will be definitely contacting you directly as my experience was great. I would highly recommend this company! Thank you for a stress free car rental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth process, ignore so many negative reviews , read terms and conditions and make sure you take the super value insurance that way you will not face any issues. Make sure to return the car with full petrol. Drive safe.
They have the best rates and amazing clean cars , highly recommend , will definitely use again.
