They are the worst. The most unprofessional donkey show I have ever experienced. Stay away from this company!!!!!!

We have travelled to Rome and booked car via booking, we choose company maggiore, we paid in advance 342,49€ for Fiat 500X, when we came to the office there were already some upset clients at the desk, it was bizarre. Once we came to the counter, the woman there told us the car we reserved and that was CONFIRMED, wasn't available, so she offered us other cars from lower class, but for the same price, even though we paid for the booking online with FULL insurance, she told us that the payment was just commission for online seller, ok sounds like misconduct, that was already fraudulent action aimed at customer. You are on holiday and you need the car so we paid again 337,84€, the woman at the counter said 300€ its only deposit that will be returned to our account. So we have thought ok more or less we paid some 37€ additional euro for extra insurance just to be sure, but with thoughts how they abuse the clients that arrive for holiday... Once our rental was ending we brought the car early in the morning to the returns with no damage, full gas, returned the keys to the security box, and we headed for our early morning flight, no problem. One week later, surprise, two payments from maggiore car rental company one for 290,54€ second for 262,30€, no clarification, no invoice, no information, just ripping your money straight from your account. The price in the beggining 342,49€ turns out to be 895,33€ in the end, pretty different price. We are going to proceed with legal action, if you have same experience, dont be quiet Im sure there is more of us.

the worst rental company out of 15 I know!!! Cheating and scamming from the start till the end! If you are late for 15 min the just may cancel your reservation and charge you for more expensive car with simple explanation "they have right to do what they want". When returning the car they will charge you for some scratch which you will never notice.. and which was there anyway. AND they also cheat you with fuel, they will take the deposit and will not return it, and on the top charge your few hundreds € for scratch... THEY WILL SCAM YOU ON EVERYTHING POSSIBLE!

Either we got very lucky or the key is to read terms&conditions carefully. We had no problem whatsoever with picking up the car, returning it took 3 minutes, they didn't charge us any extra fee and the deposit was returned to our account. Also, we paid some 65 euro for 8-day rental, so it was a real bargain.

Waiting about 2 hours to get my reserved car. Was standing at 3 different counters and no one helped me. My friends wanted to pick the car up yesterday evening, my flight was later. They told us that my friends can’t get the car because it’s on my name. So in the morning i went to the desk and they told me “ i am Sorry, i can’t change the day”. I paid for the car and they don’t want to give it to Me!!!!!! Just because i am 10 hours to late!!!!!! FRAUD. They just told me “please wait here” . This is my holiday time! Not again!!!! Bad service, they are working more than slow. Crazy

It was quick to get and to return the car. Fiat500 in perfect condition. They provided the best price at this airport. No complains at all.

Hired a vehicle view days in got a puncher called recovery as on A1 motor way no response so changed it my self when I finally got a call back I said I change the tyre my self they said and nearly put the phone down I asked about the tyre as only had space saver the operator said where are you so I can put you throw to your nearest outlet but instead I drove down and they just laugh and said it was my problem so as I said ok don't worry about it as I played by credit card I'll cancel the payment and future payment again they laughed in England if this happened you would of got a replacement car or instructed on where tyre repaired free of charge DON'T RECOMMEND And if you do read this I've instructed my bank to cancel all pending further payments

Fantastic service for checkout. Very accommodating understanding and helpful. We tried to book Hertz online but they didn't have an automatic even though it said they did.
