Per quanto riguarda l’andata del trasferimento tutto ok ma al ritorno nessuno si è presentato e neanche hanno avvisato lasciando 5 ragazzi a piedi all’aeroporto alle 2 di notte! Il giorno seguente ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto “Non so cosa sia successo”. Servizio assolutamente inaffidabile e privo di professionalità.
I booked a return transfer to the airport. As for the outward journey of the transfer, everything was ok but on the way back no one showed up and they didn't even notify, leaving 5 guys walking to the airport at 2 am! The next day I called and they said "I don't know what happened". Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional service.
