β β β β β Worst company ever! I will never rent from this company again! I rented in 2019 a car from them and when we handover the car , we kindly asked the lady that did the inspection to take action as soon as the will be contacted by the authorities for a fine that we took in Pisa. I was not contacted never even though she said that automatically company will be sending an email to inform me . After one year I received a letter from a company that dealt with debts ,informing me that I have to pay 739Β£. The original fine was 135β¬. Shame on you , guys! Now , you contacted me to pay you another 40β¬ even though I am paying for that fine still.
P.s : I canβt reply to the owner a response. I have proof that I have contacted customer service and their response was very disappointing. I was expecting an answer about why I wasnβt been informed as I was promised and they didnβt even bother to explain. Gave me an email response that I wasnβt even asked .
I have proof . This company is not serious! Be careful.
You ruined my memories made in Italy.

β β β β β I'm satisfied with their services. VW Up! was almost brand new, service was helpful and really friendly. I have just two cons: 500β¬ deposit was locked on my credit card for 28 days after car return, and second I was 20 minutes before booked hour of car rental and they claimed that car was not ready - next time is better to book the car hour earlier than wait 20 minutes on the street... Overall they're OK an I can recommend Locauto services.

β β β β β Customer service not up to standard and the care for the customer just isnβt there. Will not return for the enterprise or any of their others - national or Alamo.
Please avoid. The arrival and pickup was great but drop off was unpleasant and impolite at best.

β β β β β Car was great and staff were awesome. Only problem I had was they debited my credit card for $81 , 3 months later when I was back in Australia without my authority or knowledge. Be aware.......Anna, someone from your company has been dishonest by steeling my money 3 months after I returned the car. I sent emails to the same address I used to secure the car but it bounced back saying the mailbox is full.

β β β β β Works with Entreprise and Alamo. We ordered a Clio Renault and got a brand new VW Polo. Great car, sweet and helpful people. Fast service. We were nervous for renting a car in Italy because we read a lot of bad reviews. After a lot of research we ordered a car through Ryanair/Alamo. The only disadvantage was that it was not so clear where P8 (parking of rental cars) was and where to go. Outside of the airport u have to look for the bus shuttle to all rental companies just in front of the bus stops. Or u walk 5 minutes to the opposing side of the roundabout above the highway. In other words: u come outside, follow the taxi/bus way outside and go left.

β β β β β Worst experience ever. They charged $1000 for a car wash an 2k extra for a small small stretch which was already there. In the end this rental costed me $3500 more. Also, the pre-pay tank is a scam. Run away don't rent this company or you will lose a lot of money.

β β β β β I've never encountered such a polite and helpful car rental company before. The staff were very helpful and printed us information out regarding the drop off. We used the Florence and the Ciampino location both equally good. Would certainly use again in the future.

β β β β β If you are considering renting from this place, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CARS, get pictures and check your TIRES. We were charged 325 euro for tire damage that my husband believes was there before because it looked old. We feel like 325 euro was a bit much and the customer service was terrible. I had to ask for a checklist of the damage because there weren't planning on providing that for us. We thankfully got insurance from the third party site we rented from and just filed a claim. Please be careful. I hope to save someone from going through what we went through.
