Il mio compagno cercava una macchina usata ma in buono stato, ci siamo rivolti a questa agenzia e nell'arco di 3 settimane abbiamo fatto il primo appuntamento, visto la macchina e, con tutte le feste di mezzo (natale e capodanno) oggi abbiamo ricevuto la vettura.

More than positive experience. My partner was looking for a used car but in good condition, we turned to this agency and within 3 weeks we made the first appointment, saw the car and, with all the holidays involved (Christmas and New Year) today we received the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unexpectedly used this car hire place through 'DoyouItaly'. Quoted rate: 45 euros for 2 days. Actual rate: 180 euros (including insurance and two of the worst, filthiest and unsafest child car seats ever). We dropped off the car, and waited 1.5 hours for their free minibus back to the airport. If we had a flight to catch we would have missed it. Avoid!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience. On a car that I rented they found a new scratch that they made me pay for more than 400€. The strategy is to rent a car to the customer with a low price but then find something hardly visible and charge the customer for it. They also lied on the report in Italian writing “serious damage on both sides of the bumper” - the new scratch was only on one side and definitely wasn’t serious. The car already had plenty of scratches, was dirty at the moment of rental and the new scratch could have been erased with cloth and paste. Never rent a car here. I learned my lesson. Don’t rent at Sur Price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to improve the signalling and instructions to where pick up the shuttles from the airport to the rental office.
They need to improve the cleaning of the cars, specially inside.
But the one star is because the return of the car was settled to be at 8 PM, the office was closed, nobody was there, no other instructions were given to me to drop the car safely. We lost almost an hour trying to reach the people to return the car and almost lost the flight because of this. In the stress of signing the return papers, I left pair of headphones in their office, when I called the next day they claimed that there was nothing there and I'm 100% positive that I left the headphones there. The general attitude was like "I do not care not even a bit of the stress, problems and waste of time because of my fault". Absolutely terrible service, had never experienced something like it before.
