★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale di via Appia Roma scortese ho dovuto cambiare un pannello in vetro di un box doccia comprato da loro all'arrivo trovo il vetro completamente senza involucro vetro cosi nudo e mi hanno rimproverato di avere una panda con portabagagli .Forse loro hanno stipendi da potersi permettere auto molto più grandi .NB. Non avendo loro i trasportatori mi hanno consigliato un trasportatore che me la portato sulla strada io invalido civile al100% ho dovuto chiamare altre persone
Staff in via Appia Rome rude I had to change a glass panel of a shower cubicle bought by them on arrival I find the glass completely without glass casing so naked and they reproached me for having a panda with a luggage rack Maybe they have salaries that they can afford much larger cars .NB. Mi sono recato per la prima volta in questo negozio per cercare un pavimento da mettere in cucina come quello che ho messo a casa un po' di anni fa e che comprai presso un altro fornitore che in questo periodo è temporaneamente chiuso.
Il negozio si presenta molto bene e da l'idea di essere ben fornito ed organizzato.
Al momento di fare la mia richiesta faccio vedere la bolla, del precedente fornitore, sul quale è riportato il tipo del pavimento che cerco consapevole del fatto che, visti i 6 anni trascorsi dal primo acquisto, sicuramente non avrei trovato lo stesso identico prodotto.
Il ragazzo non appena ha visto l'intestazione del documento mi dice "NON LO HA COMPRATO DA NOI QUINDI NON LO ABBIAMO" senza aggiungere altro e facendomi percepire l'impressione che gli stessi facendo perdere solamente del tempo.
Ho dato comunque, autonomamente, una occhiata ai vari tipi di pavimenti esposti ma poiché sono rimasto malissimo per il modo in cui sono stato accolto me ne sono andato senza proporre io la soluzione alternativa che mi sarei aspettato di ricevere.
Mi dispiace poiché nell'attesa avevo visto diverse soluzioni carine per i 2 bagni che a breve ho in programma di rifare.
Spero che il trattamento ricevuto sia stato solamente un caso isolato.
First impression? "BAD TREATMENT"
I went to this shop for the first time to look for a floor to put in the kitchen like the one I put at home a few years ago and bought from another supplier that is temporarily closed at this time.
The shop looks very good and gives the idea of being well stocked and organized.
At the time of making my request, I show the bill of the previous supplier, which shows the type of floor I am looking for, aware of the fact that, given the 6 years that have passed since the first purchase, I certainly would not have found the exact same product.
The boy as soon as he saw the header of the document tells me "HE DID NOT BUY IT FROM US SO WE DON'T HAVE IT" without adding anything else and making me feel that I was only making him waste time.
However, I independently took a look at the various types of floors on display but since I was very upset by the way I was welcomed, I left without proposing the alternative solution that I would have expected to receive.
I'm sorry because in the meantime I had seen several nice solutions for the 2 bathrooms that I plan to redo soon.
I hope that the treatment received was only an isolated case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un pilozzo visto sullo store online. Speravo che, recandomi nel punto vendita, mi venisse data l'opportunità di vederlo ma non è stato così. Faccio presente che sul sito sono riportate notizie discordanti in merito alla presenza delle staffe nella confezione, motivo per il quale decido si acquistarlo di persona. L'addetto vendita mi assicura la loro presenza perché indicate nella scheda tecnica. Al ritiro scopro che non sono presenti nella confezione. Il personale, che al momento della vendita aveva assicurato assistenza per questa eventualità, si è totalmente disinteressato del problema lasciandomi con la confezione in mano e servendo altri clienti.
