★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia valutazione è diretta solo per la consegna. Trovo siano stati poco chiari sulla spiegazione della procedura di consegna del materiale. Mi hanno portato il materiale solo fino davanti il viale del palazzo e come se non bastasse me lo sono dovuto scaricare da solo con il rischio che si rompesse o mi facessi male io. Visto che ho pagato la consegna trovo la cosa poco corretta da parte del venditore.
My assessment is for delivery only. I find they were unclear on the explanation of the material delivery procedure. They brought me the material only up to the avenue of the building and to make matters worse I had to unload it myself with the risk of it breaking or hurting myself. Since I paid the delivery I find the thing not correct by the seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato presso di loro 2 porte a detta loro in legno ,pagate anche consistemente ,a 2 mesi di distanza mi ritrovo i montanti in legno spaccati ,telefondando e facendo presente da 2 settimane aspetto che mi richiamano mi hanno chiesto un,email con le foto e glielo mandata ,richiamo sono in riunione o inventano mille scuse per non rispondere al telefono ,una vera vergogna, eppure io queste porte le ho pagate ben 900 euro l'una e a due misi di distanza mi ritrovo le porte con montanti rotto ,ma non erano in garanzia?scortesi e maleducati al telefono invece quando devi comprare sono tutti gentili da denunciare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sbagliano 3 materiali sull'ordine poi vogliono addossarci la responsabilità ed i costi di reso. Abbiamo sì firmato, ma molte voci sull'ordine sono sigle incomprensibili. E loro invece di scusarsi ed aiutarci non ci tutelano, anzi ci fanno perdere tempo e denaro. Attenzione a quelli dello show room di Gregorio VII !!!
3 materials are wrong on the order then they want to bear the responsibility and return costs on us. We have signed, but many items on the order are incomprehensible acronyms. And instead of apologizing and helping us they do not protect us, on the contrary they make us waste time and money. Beware of those in Gregory VII's showroom !!!

Un'esperienza inizialmente negativa causata da diversi errori di ordine e lungaggini nell'approvvigionamento dei materiali, è stata resa molto positiva dalla professionalità e dall'estrema qualità del gruppo di posa in opera magistralmente coordinato da Davis. Quest'ultimo si è prodigato in una posa in opera impeccabile rispetto ad uno stato di progetto iniziale molto complicato da ammodernare (casa vecchia anni 50). Alla fine, osservando il risultato posso dire che è valsa la pena aspettare. Per fo concludere direi: bravo Davis continua così, mentre della ditta Galli direi che c'è molto da migliorare in termini di precisione e puntualità nella fornitura.
I bought 4 windows and 3 patio doors from them. An initially negative experience caused by various errors in order and delays in the procurement of materials, was made very positive by the professionalism and extreme quality of the installation group masterfully coordinated by Davis. The latter did his utmost in impeccable installation compared to an initial project that was very complicated to modernize (old house from the 50s). In the end, looking at the result, I can say that it was worth the wait. To conclude I would say: bravo Davis continues like this, while for the Galli company I would say that there is a lot to improve in terms of precision and punctuality in the supply.
