★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidato a Portalandia per la sostituzione degli infissi del mio appartamento, mi sento di rilasciare questa recensione in quanto sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto, in primis con il proprietario Gianni, persona molto gentile, competente e qualificata che ha saputo consigliarmi e venire incontro ad ogni mia esigenza.
Un meritato plauso anche agli installatori, specie Stefano e Francesco, professionali e disponibili, che hanno eseguito un lavoro a regola d'arte, dalla sostituzione degli infissi all'installazione delle zanzariere, rispettando i tempi previsti.
Ditta altamente consigliata.
 I relied on Portalandia for the replacement of the fixtures in my apartment, I would like to release this review as I was extremely satisfied, first of all with the owner Gianni, a very kind, competent and qualified person who was able to advise me and meet every my need.
A well-deserved applause also to the professional and helpful installers, especially Stefano and Francesco, who have performed a work to perfection, from the replacement of the fixtures to the installation of the mosquito nets, respecting the schedule.
Highly recommended company.

La persona a cui abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile fare un preventivo (che tra l’altro è stata tutto il tempo senza mascherina) ci ha risposto con tono scocciato e supponente. In ultimo, poiché non si riusciva a trovare un depliant su cui vedere i colori disponibili, siamo dovuti risalire noi di sopra e dirgli il colore.
Unica nota positiva: lo show-room che è effettivamente molto fornito.
I have not found neither professionalism nor kindness. The person we asked if it was possible to make a quote (which by the way was all the time without a mask) replied with an annoyed and opinionated tone. Finally, since it was not possible to find a brochure on which to see the available colors, we had to go upstairs and tell him the color.
The only positive note: the showroom which is actually very well stocked.

Ribadisco sembrano perché purtroppo, pur avendo avendo illustrato le mie necessità e ascoltato le soluzioni proposte, non siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione adeguata al nostro progetto. Anche i costi mi sono sembrati più alti delle altre aziende contattate.
Location located close to the great ring road very well assorted with materials that seem excellent. I repeat it seems because unfortunately, despite having illustrated my needs and listened to the proposed solutions, we were unable to find an adequate solution to our project. The costs also seemed higher to me than the other companies I contacted.

I bought a Gibus pergola from Portalandia, and I was very happy with it. Sales and after sales, followed by Francesca, have always been kind and effective. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver aspettato il nostro turno, una signora molto scocciata ci ha accolto guardando in continuazione l’orologio. Ci ha detto di mandarle tutto tramite mail che avrebbe inviato un preventivo e alla nostra richiesta di farci un giro per vedere le porte e avere qualche consiglio ci ha risposto: Potete fare da soli!
Avremo preso la giornata e la persona sbagliata ( Tiziana) ma noi non abbiamo tempo da perdere!
After waiting for our turn, a very annoyed lady welcomed us by constantly looking at her watch. She told us to send her everything by email that she would send a quote and when we asked to take a tour to see the doors and get some advice she replied: You can do it yourself!
We may have taken the day and the wrong person (Tiziana) but we have no time to waste!
