Essendo un indirizzo storico è particolarmente frequentato dai clienti, alla reception viene assegnato ad ogni cliente un venditore e si viene chiamati nel momento in cui questo venditore si libera.
Il punto vendita è particolarmente fornito, bisogna però essere fortunati con il venditore che vi capita, sarà stata una nostra sfortuna, Ma noi che eravamo arrivati con le idee chiare e decise su un particolare tipo di prodotto che ceramiche Appia Nuova aveva fra quelli trattati, ci siamo visti proporre dal venditore cose completamente diverse da quelle che chiedevamo...
Su nostra insistenza ha aperto il catalogo della marca che ci interessava facendoci capire che se sulle altre cose già tentennava in modo imbarazzante, su questa era assolutamente impreparato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella l'esposizione ma armatevi di pazienza perché non ci sono i prezzi esposti e se volete sapere qualcosa dovete aspettare un consulente. Ho provato a chiamare e dopo essermi sorbito la segreteria con le varie procedure guidate i prezzi non li dicono neanche lì, ci ho sprecato pure due telefonate perché la prima volta è caduta la linea.
Per sapere un prezzo mi sembra veramente troppa fatica, siamo nel 2022 e le informazioni dovrebbero essere facilmente accessibili.
Servizio veramente scarso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato qui tutti i pavimenti e rivestimenti di casa nuova. Sono stata servita da Emanuela Carlino che è stata formidabile nelle informazioni e nei consigli. La consegna è stata fatta perfettamente nei tempi stimati e i prodotti sono pazzeschi. L'unico appunto è che sarebbe comodo se avessere una persona che si occupi dell'asseverazione per gli sconti in fattura. Io per non perdere tempo e farlo da sola ho rinunciato e farò direttamente la richiesta sul 730. Ottimo negozio, straconsigliato!
