Grazie alla consulente (architetto) che ci ha seguito, è riuscita a equilibrare qualità e costo.
Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di vedere i bagni progettati in 3d. Soddisfazione piena.

Per la ristrutturazione completa del mio bagno la venditrice Roberta Marsili è stata impeccabile su tutto ha saputo darmi i giusti consigli ed Ho trovato in lei una persona disponibile e professionalmente preparata su tutti gli argomenti.

Esordisco così per la semplice motivazione che mi sono interfacciato ed ho effettuato l’ordine con il Direttore dell’Expo Giuliano,
Non mi sorprendono le recensioni già negative,
Purtroppo mi è stato consigliato e il prodotto è di qualità questa è l’unica stella positiva che vedete.
Per quanto riguarda il servizio sarebbe stato meglio fare tutto tramite le piattaforme internet.
Tempo stimato di consegna 1 settimana tempo di arrivo del prodotto 20 giorni, nonostante i ripetuti errori dello stesso, prodotto fallato, colore sbagliato, e quindi totali 3 ritardi, urla al telefono, mi sento di non consigliare minimamente per i vostri futuri ordini.
L’unica speranza che avevate per rimanere in vita rispetto alle piattaforme online era il Servizio diretto col cliente per questo vi ho scelto, errore mio.
Da non ripetere.
Ovviamente ho pagato tutta la somma da Signore quale sono, nonostante 10 giorni di ritardo sul bagno che ho dovuto comunque pagare ai professionisti che aspettavano il materiale ritardando così i tempi di consegna della casa.
Per non parlare del confronto verbale che c’è stato al momento della consegna, che racchiudo con: Incommentabile.

Ci hanno seguito dall'inizio fino alla fine con infinita pazienza e gentilezza. Siamo molto soddisfatti e felici del nostro bellissimo bagno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno io ho effettuato un ordine nei primi di settembre e dopo 30 giorni vengo contattata dicendomi che il NEGOZIO CHIUDE PER FALLIMENTO e che mi verrà rimborsato l'acconto versato , passano giorni su giorni e l'acconto non arrivava.
Richiamo il punto vendita e mi viene detto di contattare la sede di Viterbo, naturalmente non risponde nessuno , giorni dopo ecco la notizia " IL TRIBUNALE HA BLOCCATO LA RESTITUZIONE DEGLI ACCONTI PER I PRIVATI " ... Ma stiamo giocando e per di più consiglio dato dal titolare ai venditori, di cui non posso dire che bene perché la Sig. Marzia ci ha seguito egregiamente, di andare in sala mostra e prendere qualcosa di pari importo dell'acconto. Vergognoso.
State attenti perché è successo anche anni fa'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne ho girati parecchi di negozi per forniture di mattonelle e sanitari dai piu grandi ai piu piccoli avendo un impresa di ristrutturazioni e debbo dire che rapporto qualità prezzo è tra i migliori se non il migliore. Sala mostra molto curata. Il mio venditore di riferimento, Andrea, gentile, serio e molto competente nel suo ruolo. I miei clienti sono rimasti entusiasti del trattamento e dei prezzi per i materiali di ottima qualità. Peccato non averlo scoperto prima. Meglio tardi che mai.
