Sia la Direttrice Sig.ra Monica e sia la Sig.ra Valeria, che ho conosciuto sabato, poiché sono entrata nel negozio semplicemente per guardare delle montature di occhiali...e invece...sono state talmente accoglienti e professionali appunto....che ho comprato due occhiali da vista! Purtroppo dopo il ritiro mi sono resa conto che c'era un piccolo difetto di fabbricazione sulla montatura, sono tornata in negozio dove il signor Mauro è stato molto disponibile ed ha provveduto alla sostituzione completa della montatura senza alcun costo aggiuntivo facendomela spedire da un altro punto vendita. Dopo sole 48 ore avevo i miei occhiali già sistemati! Consigliatissimi! I purchased a frame with prescription lenses at a very advantageous price, for years I have relied on Mondovista for an unbeatable quality / price ratio. Unfortunately after the withdrawal I realized that there was a small manufacturing defect on the frame, I went back to the shop where Mr. Mauro was very helpful and he provided for the complete replacement of the frame at no additional cost, having it sent to me from another point. sale. After only 48 hours I had my glasses already fixed! Highly recommended!

Ho un difetto all'occhio destro e lei riusciva a risolverlo, nel 2017 appunto ho avuto un problema con le lenti (pagate 250 -progressive) ed il direttore telefonicamente mi aveva assicurato che mi avrebbero rilasciato un buono. Quando sono ritornata (dopo un pò di tempo causa trasferimenti lavorativi) quel direttore non c'era più e non mi hanno considerato il buono di 250 euro, mi hanno restituito la "mia" montatura, dopo varie insistenze, priva delle "mie" vecchie lenti e priva di quelle nuove errate ma pagate poichè si sono trattenuti le 250 euro. oltre al danno anche la beffa o meglio il furto delle vecchie lenti e dei soldi. sconsiglio vivamente il negozio, ce ne sono molti altri sicuramente più corretti. la vista è una cosa importante e non ci si può ne giocare ne approfittare. before 2017 I had found myself well, that is when Mrs. Vanessa was there, very competent.
