C	Clara Venturi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una collega nel campo dell’ottica, chiamati per cercare un articolo per una nostra cliente che volevo accontentare, sono stata presa d’assalto non ho capito nemmeno bene il motivo! ho chiamato presentandomi e con tutta la gentilezza possibile data la richiesta particolare… non ci avrei nemmeno guadagnato nulla pur di accontentare il mio cliente, sono stata spiazzata dall’arroganza di pretendere che il mio cliente andasse fin li e senza nemmeno dirmi se il prodotto era disponibile o meno… e poi il modo in cui sono stata trattata al telefono. Va bene la concorrenza, ma qui parliamo di invidia e basta! …una brutta bestia! I am a colleague in the field of optics, called to look for an item for one of our clients that I wanted to please, I was stormed and I didn't even understand why! I called introducing myself and with all the kindness possible given the particular request ...
