Il servizio di misura e scelta di lenti e montature è accurato, professionale e mai frettoloso: la pazienza infinita a spiegare e consigliare o sconsigliare le diverse tipologie di lenti si nota e fa piacere. La qualità di lenti e montature è elevata e comunque sono ben esposte le diverse scelte, fasce di prezzo e le differenti qualità delle lenti proposte. Il servizio è rapido: indosso i miei nuovi occhiali con lenti progressive dopo meno di una settimana dall'ordine, occhiali che non mi hanno dato alcun problema di adattamento, dimostrando la cura applicata nel misurarli. Il controllo di qualità dell'occhiale è stato eccezionale; anche il servizio post-vendita è molto ben curato: Sono stato ogni volta contattato e invitato a valutare la riuscita degli occhiali e della correzione dopo qualche settimana dall'acquisto e invitato a rivolgermi presso di loro per qualsiasi problema. Per qualsiasi altra necessità "quotidiana", dal sostituire o stringere una vitina lenta, controllo e sostituzione dei "naselli", so di trovare estrema cortesia, disponibilità e eccellente e rapido servizio. The service is fast: I wear my new glasses with progressive lenses after less than a week from the order, glasses that have not given me any problem of adaptation, demonstrating the care applied in measuring them. The quality control of the glasses was exceptional; the after-sales service is also very well taken care of: I have been contacted each time and invited to evaluate the success of the glasses and the correction after a few weeks from the purchase and invited to contact them for any problem.
