★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato un paio di occhiali il 19 dicembre mi avevano detto che sarebbero stati pronti in 10 giorni, oggi e' il 7 gennaio e ancora niente. Ho telefonato un minuto fa e mi hanno detto che saranno pronti domani. Quindi poca puntualita'. Hanno belle montature ma le fanno pagare parecchio. Inoltre questa loro modalita promozionale ' "prendi 2 paghi 1"mi sembra piu' da supermercato, piuttosto che in linea con un negozio che si occupa della salute delle persone perche' la vista e' una parte importante della salute. E poi cercano pure di farti acquistare un' assicurazione, abbastanza inutile visto che oggi montature e lenti sono praticamente infrangibili. Vendono anche lenti a contatto usa e getta con diverse gradazioni e questo e' positivo.Comunque sono competenti e ti dedicano tempo.
I ordered a pair of glasses on December 19th they told me they would be ready in 10 days, today is January 7th and still nothing. I called a minute ago and they said they'll be ready tomorrow. So little punctuality. They have nice frames but they charge a lot for them. In addition, their "get 2 for 1" promotional mode seems to me more like a supermarket, rather than in line with a shop that deals with people's health because sight is an important part of health. And then they also try to get you to buy insurance, quite useless since today frames and lenses are practically unbreakable. They also sell disposable contact lenses in different shades and that's a good thing, but they are competent and give you time.

Sempre disponibili a sistemare gli occhiali se non aderiscono bene al viso, anche dopo anni, tutto gratuitamente.
Una volta fornivano un pacchetto annuale di lenti a contatto che prevedeva anche i liquidi e le gocce, era davvero un'offerta vantaggiosa e imbattibile, peccato che adesso vendano pacchetti di sole lenti (a quanto pare politiche interne cambiate).
Se dovete acquistare degli occhiali da vista vi consiglio di usufruire delle varie offerte che propongono stagionalmente.
Customer for years I have always found good, the staff is very kind and competent, when they come orders both glasses and lenses send a message.

Once they provided an annual contact lens package that also included liquids and drops, it was really an advantageous and unbeatable offer, pity that they now sell packages of slow sun (apparently changed internal policies).
If you have to buy eyeglasses I suggest you take advantage of the various offers that offer seasonally.
