Sono andato a cambiare un regalo fatto dalla mia ragazza in data 15 dicembre 2021, munito di scontrino di cortesia, ho chiesto di poter fare un cambio in data 8 gennaio 2022.
Il commesso molto scortesemente mi ha liquidato dicendomi che ormai erano passati più di 15 giorni, e che ormai era “un mio problema”
Sono molto schifato dall’atteggiamento presuntuoso ed arrogante e poco comprensivo nell‘ aiutate un cliente che voleva anche spendere di più del valore del regalo.
Non acquisterò mai più in questo esercizio commerciale
