I bought pajamas and dressing gowns for my girlfriend and mother and I was satisfied with the quality and kindness of the staff. Prices a bit cheaper than competitors and products a bit more classic and less flashy

Devo dire che c'è stato un breve periodo, prima dell'arrivo di Michela e Federica, che preferivo recarmi in un altro punto Lovable, perché il personale non era per nulla disponibile. Per fortuna sono arrivate queste due splendide ragazze e tutto è tornato a funzionare.
Gentilissime, competenti, pronte a dare i giusti consigli. Il punto vendita è fornitissimo, i capi esposti molto bene. Complimenti e speriamo di avere Federica e Michela ancora a lungo per tutte le clienti che, come me, quando entrano si rilassano.
I have been a Lovable customer in this store for many years. I must say that there was a short time before Michela and Federica arrived that I preferred to go to another Lovable point, because the staff was not available at all. Luckily these two beautiful girls have arrived and everything is back to work.
Very kind, competent, ready to give the right advice. The store is very well stocked, the clothes displayed very well. Congratulations and we hope to have Federica and Michela for a long time for all customers who, like me, relax when they enter.

Durante la pandemia è sempre rimasto aperto rispettando le normative del D.P.R. I camerini di prova sono sempre pulitissimi e sanificati. È un piacere entrare , guardarsi attorno, chiedere al personale informazioni e consigli sui vari prodotti sia da donna che da uomo ed ora anche x baby . È difficile uscire senza un pacchetto in mano. Ho visitato altri negozi lovable ma sono tornata sempre in questo soprattutto da quando c'è Michela. Tanti auguri e in bocca al ?
I have been using this shop for a long time, even if I don't live in the area for the kind staff who are always available to meet customer needs. During the pandemic it has always remained open in compliance with the regulations of the D.P.R. The fitting rooms are always very clean and sanitized. It is a pleasure to enter, look around, ask the staff for information and advice on the various products for both women and men and now also for baby. It's hard to go out without a package in hand.
