Ho ordinato un capo di abbigliamento, ma non me ne hanno mai avvertito dell'avvenuta disponibilità, come invece era nei patti: su mia richiesta telefonica, mi hanno assicurato finalmente la disponibilità del capo da ritirare il giorno successivo alla telefonata, ma quando sono andato a prenderlo il capo non c'era e hanno accampato scuse.
Customer service of the lowest order at the edge of urbanity. I ordered an item of clothing, but they never warned me of its availability, as it was in the agreement: at my telephone request, they finally assured me the availability of the item to be collected the day after the phone call, but when I went the boss was not there to take him and they made excuses.
