Mi sono affidata a loro per fiducia, essendo cliente da anni, per la revisione del mio orologio, dopo essere stata rassicurata che sarebbe stato esaminato da un tecnico abilitato per l’azienda in questione. Ho dovuto pagare una cifra elevata, senza aver potuto ricevere un preventivo: tra una scusa e un’altra mi è stato negato. Non avrei contestato niente, nonostante questo atteggiamento sia molto scorretto, ma il mio orologio mi è stato restituito danneggiato. L’ho portato indietro diverse volte perché ad ogni ritiro c’era un ulteriore danno/imperfezione. Oggi ultimo ritiro: la data scatta ancora al momento sbagliato (fino quando l’ho consegnato la prima volta non era mai successo) ed il bracciale è stato allargato (si vede chiaramente il segno) e nonostante la lucidatura che prevedeva la revisione ci sono molte imperfezioni. Dopo più di 2 mesi di attesa il mio orologio è stato danneggiato per 300€. Chissà quanto dovrò spendere ora per far sistemare tutto. I have nothing to dispute about jewelry. I relied on them out of trust, having been a customer for years, for the overhaul of my watch, after being reassured that it would be examined by a qualified technician for the company in question. I had to pay a high amount, without having been able to receive a quote: between one excuse and another I was denied. I would not have objected to anything, although this is very incorrect, but my watch was returned to me damaged. I brought it back several times because with each withdrawal there was an additional damage / imperfection. Last withdrawal today: the date still clicks at the wrong time (it never happened until I delivered it the first time) and the bracelet has been enlarged (the mark is clearly seen) and despite the polishing that required the revision there are many imperfections. After more than 2 months of waiting, my watch was damaged for € 300. Who knows how much I'll have to spend now to get everything sorted out.
