Mi sono presentato come l'opposto dell'eleganza, nonostante ciò ho ricevuto un'ottima assistenza agli acquisti per cui mi sono presentato e ho speso di quanto immaginavo per la qualità dei prodotti. Ritornerò sicuramente. I visited it today and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Riproviamo alcuni giorni dopo, entrando in negozio alle 19:20, e veniamo invitati con ben poca educazione ad uscire subito perché “in chiusura”. Se effettivamente chiude alle 19:30, e non alle 20 come riportano gli orari sulla porta del negozio e su google, quantomeno aggiornateli. Committed to say the least unpleasant. We enter the shop at 7:30 pm and they invite us to go out as the shop is closed. We try again a few days later, entering the shop at 19:20, and we are invited with little education to go out immediately because it is "closing". If it actually closes at 19:30, and not at 20 as the opening hours on the shop door and on google report, at least update them.

Ieri 14 gennaio 2019 sono tornato ad acquistare un cappotto..... stupendo morbido doppio petto e ben rifinito, oggi mi sono accorto che la tasca interna era difettata, non era cucita. Come ho riferito al commesso del difetto, non ha fatto altro che prenderne uno nuovo della stessa taglia e mi ha sostituito il capo. Credo che sia stata una cosa giusta e forse un po’ inaspettata dato che non è scontato che si faccia la cosa giusta... e per questo gesto dì correttezza commerciale ho acquistato un bel cappello di lana con motivo scozzese..... Grazie alla gentilezza e professionalità di Fabrizio che mi ha seguito e mi ha vestito dalla testa ai piedi con un abito da cerimonia stupendo come tutti gli altri capi presenti in negozio. L'ambiente è molto bello e raffinato con un buon profumo nell'aria. Ci tornerò assolutamente, ho già visto altre cose che mi interessano. Then when I sent the items back they charged me 15 euros delivery fee plus the 15 euros deluvery fee i paid to get the package... So even i sent the shirts back, i ended up paying 30 euros.... The WORST SHOP EVER!!!!
