Occupandosi anche di riparazioni su cellulari mi sono permesso di chiedere informazioni e la signorina Giada è stata tanto gentile nel darmi delucidazioni.
Lo consiglio molto soprattutto per la disponibilità del personale.

Also dealing with cell phone repairs, I took the liberty of asking for information and Miss Giada was so kind in giving me explanations.
I highly recommend it especially for the helpfulness of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver provato in altri negozi simili che mi hanno chiesto cifre esagerate per un telefono caduto in acqua ho trovato casualmente questo negozio, che non solo si é trattenuto il telefono per una verifica (gratuita) ma é stato anche molto onesto dicendomi che il display non era da cambiare perché sano e funzionante. Il problema era un altro, risolto e pagato meno di quello che mi hanno proposto altri 3 negozi prima, senza neanche valutarne il danno. Quindi direi seri, professionali e anche molto gentili. Se mai mi dovesse servire di nuovo (spero di no ?) tornerò sicuramente. Grazie
After trying other similar shops that asked me exaggerated figures for a phone dropped in water I accidentally found this shop, which not only held the phone for a (free) verification but was also very honest in telling me that the display is not. it had to be changed because it was healthy and functioning. The problem was another, solved and paid less than what other 3 shops have proposed to me before, without even assessing the damage. So I would say serious, professional and also very kind. If I ever need it again (I hope not ?) I will definitely be back. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva! I ragazzi sono bravissimi a scoprire i problemi del tuo telefono, e il costo della prestazione è onesto. Io ho fatto pulire il cell e se avessi sostituito un pezzo avrebbero scalato i soldi dal pagamento precedente. Sono simpatici e affidabili, andate da loro!
Very positive experience! Guys are great at detecting problems with your phone, and the cost of the service is fair. I had the cell cleaned and if I had replaced a piece they would have deducted the money from the previous payment. They are nice and reliable, go to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenti, cordiali, disponibili. Dovevo sostituire lo schermo di un tablet Samsung e, con costi contenuti e tempistica ragionevole, me l'hanno rimesso in sesto. Mi sono rivolto a loro per altre riparazioni e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto. Consigliatissimo.
Competent, friendly, helpful. I had to replace the screen of a Samsung tablet and, with low cost and reasonable timing, they put it back on track. I have turned to them for other repairs and have always been satisfied. Highly recommended.

Due settimane fa - in seguito ad una caduta - abbiamo portato un iphone 11 ad aggiustare presso questo negozio. Dopo una prima "diagnostica", ci viene riferito che va sostituita la scocca posteriore (per la modica somma di 150 euro). Dopo una lunga attesa che il pezzo venga spedito e "testato", ritiriamo il cellulare e ci rendiamo conto che si spegne e si riaccende ogni 2 minuti.
Riportiamo l'iphone in negozio e - dopo altri 7 giorni di attesa, senza riscontro - il tecnico si rende conto che si era danneggiata la scheda madre ed offre di sostituircela per 350 euro.
Chiaramente sorpresi dalle continue diagnostiche erronee - nonché infastiditi dalle due settimane senza cellulare - ritiriamo il cellulare malfunzionante e chiediamo il rimborso (in quanto, d'altronde, ci hanno fatto spendere dei soldi senza motivo). Peccato che la politica del negozio non prevede rimborsi... ma soltanto un buono sconto di 80 euro da spendere nei negozi iRapido (come se noi avessimo intenzione di ritornarci).
Oggi portiamo il cellulare dall'Apple Store e ci dicono che la scocca posteriore - siccome connessa alla scheda logica del cellulare - non andrebbe MAI sostituita in quanto provocherebbe solo danni agli altri componenti interni. Dunque, riassumendo, il tecnico incapace di iRapido non solo ci ha fatto spendere 150 euro inutilmente, ma ha peggiorato la situazione, rendendo l'iphone inaggiustabile.
Consiglio al tecnico: torna a studiare.

Two weeks ago - following a fall - we brought an iphone 11 to be fixed at this shop. After a first "diagnostic", we are told that the rear body must be replaced (for the modest sum of 150 euros). After a long wait for the piece to be shipped and "tested", we collect the phone and we realize that it switches off and on again every 2 minutes.
We bring the iPhone back to the shop and - after another 7 days of waiting, without feedback - the technician realizes that the motherboard was damaged and offers to replace it for 350 euros.
Clearly surprised by the constant erroneous diagnostics - as well as annoyed by the two weeks without a cell phone - we withdraw the malfunctioning cell phone and ask for a refund (since, on the other hand, they made us spend money for no reason). Too bad that the shop's policy does not provide for refunds ... but only an 80 euro discount voucher to be spent in the iRapido shops (as if we were planning to return).
Today we bring the cell phone from the Apple Store and we are told that the rear body - as it is connected to the logic board of the cell phone - should NEVER be replaced as it would only cause damage to the other internal components. So, in summary, the technician unable to iRapido not only made us spend 150 euros unnecessarily, but he made the situation worse, making the iPhone unadjustable.
Advice to the technician: go back to studying.
