F	Francesco Ciavarella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo telefonato per avere info su un telefono messo in vendita su subito per sapere in che stato era visto che per recarmi da loro avrei dovuto fare circa 30km e 1 ora di macchina. Mi dicono che il telefono è perfetto immacolato. Parto da casa e appena arrivato chiedo di vedere il telefono in oggetto. Vedo subito che il telefono era piegato, curvato, e in un angolo si vedeva chiaramente che la cover posteriore era staccata dal telefono presentando uno scalino evidente. La cosa che mi.ha dato più fastidio in assoluto è stato che loro negavano l'evidenza palese che il telefono avesse difetti di sorta e insistevano ad affermare l'assoluta integrità dell'oggetto. Integrità che era evidente e Chiara. Mattinata persa e spreco di tempo e di benzina per essere presi in giro da delle persone che continuavano a negare l'evidenza su un prodotto che non rispettava assolutamente le caratteristiche dichiarate al momento della richiesta telefonica di informazioni proprio per evitare il viaggio per andare sul posto inutilmente. Non tornerò mai più, soprattutto per la presa in giro ed il modo di trattare delle persone che stavano acquistando un prodotto da 600 euro dichiarato immacolato e perfetto. Ma credete che le persone siano tutte stupide ? Sarebbe stato più onesto dire che non avevano notato il problema e si fossero scusati dell'inconveniente. Sarebbe stato diverso. Inaffidabili. Mai più. Inoltre le valutazioni dell'usato sono buone. Per quel che posso giudicare io è un gran bel punto vendita non troppo grande ma fornito di tutto dai tablet smartphone PC accessori ecc.
