Tutto lo staff è disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni su qualsiasi prodotto, sono simpatici e cortesi e corretti con chi lavora con loro e per loro. Posso inoltre dire che anche come cliente mi sono trovato molto bene e consiglierei The Sweee Brothers.
 I got to know the guys during a photo shoot for their shop. All the staff is available to give all the information on any product, they are nice and courteous and correct with those who work with them and for them. I can also say that as a customer I also found myself very well and would recommend The Sweee Brothers.

I entered this shop out of curiosity and I must say that it was a wonderful discovery! The quality and the choice of products for sale is excellent! What makes the difference too, is the kindness and helpfulness of the boys! Il personale è preparato ed ha saputo spiegarmi un sacco di cose, dai prodotti (con tutte le delucidazioni tecniche del caso) alle dinamiche di questa nuova tipologia di shop. Io ho preso una Orange Bud ad un ottimo prezzo e mi sono trovata benissimo. Super consigliato!
I was recently in this shop full of news! I must say that I was very impressed and satisfied! The staff is well trained and has been able to explain a lot of things to me, from the products (with all the necessary technical explanations) to the dynamics of this new type of shop. I took an Orange Bud at a great price and I had a great time. Super recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo negozio offre un'ampia gamma di prodotti di alta qualità; in particolare mi sono rivolta a loro perché volevo sperimentare l'uso terapeutico dei derivati della canapa per curare insonnia e dolori articolari. Cortesi e professionali, mi hanno consigliato per il meglio e dopo un periodo di prova posso dire di aver avuto effetti estremamente positivi! Super consigliato!
This shop offers a wide range of high quality products; in particular I turned to them because I wanted to experiment with the therapeutic use of hemp derivatives to treat insomnia and joint pain. Courteous and professional, they advised me for the best and after a trial period I can say that I have had extremely positive effects! Super recommended!

Ero cliente di questo negozio, ma nelle ultime visite il personale è risultato non competente e non in grado di supportare anche solo la scelta di un semplice bruciatore d'erbe, causando una scelta errata ma effettuata con l'accordo di una possibile sostituzione dell'oggetto in caso di non corrispondenza con le aspettative una volta testato.
Invece solo un paio di giorni dopo, la stessa commessa negava o distorceva ogni precedente accordo e asseriva di potere sostituire l'oggetto (peraltro in condizioni perfette nella sua confezione ed addirittura completamente disinfettato) solo su autorizzazione di una fantomatica 'amica responsabile' non presente in negozio che stranamente neppure rispondeva a ripetuti messaggi e chiamate (saranno stati veri?)...
Al denaro gettato si sono aggiunti quindi la perdita di tempo e la sgradevole sensazione di essere presi in giro.
Per quanto mi riguarda hanno perso un cliente fisso, inoltre consiglio per i vostri acquisti di scegliere venditori preparati e che tengano seriamente in considerazione i loro clienti.
Bad experience.
I was a customer of this shop, but in the last few visits the staff was not competent and unable to support even the choice of a simple herb burner, causing a wrong choice but made with the agreement of a possible replacement of the object in case of non-correspondence with expectations once tested.
Instead, only a couple of days later, the same order denied or distorted any previous agreement and claimed to be able to replace the object (which is also in perfect condition in its packaging and even completely disinfected) only with the authorization of an elusive 'responsible friend' not present. in the shop that strangely did not even respond to repeated messages and calls (were they real?) ...
The waste of time and the unpleasant feeling of being made fun of were added to the money thrown away.
As for me, they have lost a regular customer, and I also recommend for your purchases to choose trained sellers who take their customers seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena ha aperto siamo passati ed abbiamo acquistato un po di prodotti con la base di canapa , abbiamo preso, i biscotti , la pasta , l'olio , tisane varie . Abbiamo notato che hanno anche prodotti diversi tra loro e non per forza fatti di canapa ma ci sono addirittura prodotti di bellezza con la bava di lumaca e varie cose , sapone per le mani , shampoo, e anche per il make up. Abbiamo provato anche la vera canapa avevano diversi gusti , anche troppi:) . L'unica cosa che non riesco a capire che sono passata la settimana scorsa ed ho trovato chiuso non ho capito se per sequestro o per ferie o addirittura perché hanno cessato l'attività, passerò nuovamente per vedere se sono ancora aperti , per concludere i prezzi erano altini però d'altronde in Italia sta iniziando ora ad aprire l'orizzonte alla questione quandi dai ci sta
