Avevo necessità di fare la sostituzione della SIM Ho a causa del noto furto di dati e in meno di 5 minuti ho avuto la scheda cambiata e dopo 10 minuti era già attiva! Tornerò sicuramente! Very kind and hyper efficient guy. I needed to replace the SIM I have due to the known data theft and in less than 5 minutes I had the card changed and after 10 minutes it was already active! I will definitely be back!

Nonostante un piccolo disguido iniziale nella riparazione si sono resi subito disponibili nel cercare di trovare la soluzione risolvendo tutto alla perfezione con il loro tecnico! Bravi ! Sicuramente ritorneremo da loro ! Very prepared and kind guys who address customers in a polite way. I changed a glass to my broken Huawei at their point of sale. Despite a small initial mistake in the repair, they immediately made themselves available in trying to find the solution by solving everything perfectly with their technician! Well done! We will definitely return to them!

All'inizio mi diceva "l'offerta non è valida per oggi" e voleva farmi passare ad un operatore diverso da Vodafone insistendo che l'offerta sia scaduta, gli ho detto che è valida ENTRO il 16 che è oggi e dopo una lunga discussione l'ho convinto a provare a farmi passare a Vodafone con tale offerta ma poi diceva "la SIM è gratis solo se la richiedi online e quindi devi pagare 10€ la SIM e 10€ la ricarica" e gli dico"mi scusi ma se nel messaggio c'è scritto che è gratuita xk devo pagare 10€?!" E mi risponde "no no è solo quando la richiedi online" ,pare assurda come risposta, comunque gli dico "può rileggere il messaggio?" E mi dice "no no so leggere bene e l'ho già letto, da noi il prezzo della SIM è sempre 10€ " e gli allora niente non mi conviene il passaggio e sono andato da un'altra filiale, Vodafone Tuscolana 2, che mi hanno fatto tutto come descritto nel messaggio dell'offerta in pochi minuti. perché :). Ho messo uno screenshot del messaggio dell'offerta Quindi o sei stup/do che non capisce l'italiano o sei uno stron/o che fa delle truffa per fregare la gente ? Operators unsuitable for assisting Vodafone customers ?. It made me waste time in a vacuum ? At the beginning he told me "the offer is not valid for today" and he wanted me to switch to an operator other than Vodafone insisting that the offer has expired, I told him it is valid WITHIN the 16th which is today and after a long discussion I convinced him to try and get me to switch to Vodafone with this offer but then he said "the SIM is free only if you request it online and then you have to pay € 10 for the SIM and € 10 for the top-up" and I tell him "I'm sorry but if in the message says it's free xk do I have to pay 10 € ?! " And he replies "no no it's only when you request it online", it seems absurd as an answer, however I tell him "can you read the message again?" And he tells me "no no I can read well and I have already read it, with us the price of the SIM is always 10 €" and then nothing does not suit me the passage and I went to another branch, Vodafone Tuscolana 2, which they did everything to me as described in the offer message within minutes. because :). I put a screenshot of the offer message So either you are stupid that you don't understand Italian or you are an asshole who scams to cheat people ?
