Io ho trovato il vestito che cercavo grazie alla ragazza che ha saputo capire che modello cercavo! La signora che si crede una stilista d’immagine è un’incantateice di serpenti ?, ti fa credere quello che non è. Ho comprato un vestito che oggi vado a provare perché sabato ho un matrimonio è il vestito non mi sta, neanche con il corsetto! Complimenti MAI più nel vostro negozio! Invece i proprietari sono stati pazienti e gentili e, cosa più importante, mia figlia ha trovato proprio l'abito che voleva e ad un prezzo accessibile. Grazie! Pessima esperienza per la seconda volta!volevo dargli una seconda possibilità ma credo che non siano proprio in grado ne di vendere, ne di consigliare. Sono andata con la mia amica che si sposa i primi di Settembre per farci un’idea degli abiti da damigella sperando di trovare quello giusto, per me che sono la più complicata e poi far venire anche le altre 2. La risposta è stata che non potevamo provare i vestiti perché non li avremmo trovati nessuno, più un’altra serie di domande invadenti. È stata gentile e disponibile, è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze in modo delizioso. Come detto a lei, se tutto le commesse fossero così sarebbe più piacevole fare shopping. Nota negativa verso il proprietario, che si trovava in cassa. Noi eravamo lì per prendere 4 vestito da damigella, alcuni non erano disponibili in negozio e lui ha dovuto chiamare il fornitore.. quando ci siamo avvicinate e dopo aver lasciato l’acconto, il signore ci ha guardate e ci ha detto “ah, li cercare rosa... ma io avrò chiesto rosa come colore? Mah, speriamo di sì” lasciandoci allibite. Insomma, le mie 4 stelle sono quasi ed esclusivamente per l’adorabile E. Really delicious clothes with all kinds of prices. Ce ne piaceva uno e mentre lo guardavamo la commessa infastidita ci ha detto di non toccarlo per non rovinarlo... E già da qui... Ma il bello arriva dopo!! Dopo averle chiesto per ben tre volte se potevamo provarlo per vedere come stava lei ci ha risposto che sarebbe stato inutile, perchè ce ne era solo uno mentre noi eravamo 4 e che si poteva vedere benissimo dalla stampella! La prima volta che in un negozio mi capita di non poter provare un abito e sentirmi rispondere con una tale maleducazione e arroganza... Di sicuro non ci metteremo più piede! Come perdere clienti!
