Sono entrata con le migliori intenzioni per poi essere trattata con una rozzezza inaudita dalla signora che invece di fare il suo lavoro sembrava scocciata dalla mia presenza. Pitiful experience, one star is too much !! Really ignorant and grumpy staff. I entered with the best of intentions only to be treated with an unprecedented rudeness by the lady who, instead of doing her job, seemed annoyed by my presence.

Il personale è sempre gentile e professionale, luogo fornitissimo di tutto, comodo da raggiungere e non l'ho mai trovato chiuso ? Consigliatissimo! I have been going to this pharmacy for years and have a great time. The staff is always polite and professional, a place full of everything, easy to reach and I have never found it closed ? Highly recommended!

Personale gentile e le ragazze del reparto cosmetico ben preparate e gentili. La consiglio vivamente. Super assorted and well organized pharmacy. I was very satisfied with how they treated me. Nice staff and the girls of the cosmetic department well trained and kind. I highly recommend it.

Personale gentile, trovo sempre quello di cui ho bisogno, e stanno gestendo al meglio la situazione pandemia prendendo tutte le dovute precauzioni. Non capisco certe recensioni di persone sulla base dei dubbi che hanno personali. Ma se avete tutti questi dubbi non conviene affatto uscire di casa ? I have always enjoyed it. Friendly staff, I always find what I need, and they are managing the pandemic situation in the best possible way by taking all necessary precautions. I don't understand certain reviews of people based on personal doubts they have. But if you have all these doubts, it's not worth leaving the house at all ?

Sono stata per un tampone rapido (15 euro). 1) non hanno avvisato che avrei potuto detrarre le spese del tampone se avessi presentato il tesserino sanitario (generalmente altre farmacie chiedono sempre); 2) non hanno detto che mi dovevo recare presso un gabbiotto esterno alla farmacia a circa 200 metri in una traversa, quindi sono rimasta in attesa fuori dalla farmacia davanti ad una porta, e con me altre persone, dove ultimamente effettuavano tamponi; 3) non hanno detto sarei dovuta tornare in farmacia a ritirare il green pass del tampone. Pertanto ho ritirato, presso il gabbiotto, solamente l'esito negativo del tampone che mi hanno consegnato i medici che hanno effettuato il test. Pharmacy to avoid. I went for a quick swab (15 euros). 1) they did not advise that I could deduct the cost of the tampon if I had presented the health card (generally other pharmacies always ask); 2) they did not say that I had to go to a booth outside the pharmacy about 200 meters down a side street, so I was waiting outside the pharmacy in front of a door, and with me other people, where lately they were swabbing; 3) they didn't say I should go back to the pharmacy to collect the green pass for the swab. Therefore I collected, from the booth, only the negative result of the swab that the doctors who carried out the test gave me.

Le dottoresse sono competenti, gentili e sanno sempre come consigliarti. C'è un reparto cosmesi ricco di prodotti a prezzi convenienti e gestito da ragazze davvero squisite. In queste ultime settimane stanno portando avanti un lavoro grandioso (ma altrettanto massacrante), tra tamponi e richieste continue - talvolta assurde - da parte dei clienti. Per me è la migliore! I have been buying supplies from this pharmacy for more than twenty years. The restaurant is very large and welcoming. The doctors are competent, kind and always know how to advise you. There is a cosmetics department full of products at affordable prices and run by really exquisite girls. In the last few weeks they have been carrying out a great (but equally exhausting) job, between tampers and continuous - sometimes absurd - requests from customers. For me it is the best!
