Oggi 04/05/22 alle ore 10,15 Ho acquistato le scarpe mi è stata spiegata la politica del reso e diciamo mi sono convinto ad acquistare. Nel pomeriggio alle 18,30 ritorno per il cambio numero è mi viene riferito che le scarpe sono state usate e non è possibile la sostituzione. RIDICOLO IL COMMESSO ED IL SUO SUPERIORE. Quale è il significato della sostituzione? Acquistare tenere in cassetto e dopo 45 gg vai a sostituire??????? Ma ..........

Today 04/05/22 at 10.15 am I bought the shoes, the return policy was explained to me and let's say I was convinced to buy. In the afternoon at 6.30 pm I return for the number change and I am told that the shoes have been used and it is not possible to replace them. I ridicule the salesman and his superior. What is the significance of the substitution? Buy keep in drawer and replace after 45 days ??????? But ..........
