Attratta dalla location inusuale e da alcune recensioni (fasulle immagino, altrimenti da parte di persone abituate a mangiare polistirolo) ho voluto provare questo forno. Ho presi due mezzi filoni di pane di diversa tipologia (integrale lievitazione naturale e ciabatta tipo napoli), per un tot di 400 gr e 4 mini focaccine miste. Speso più di 6 euro per mangiare una roba TUTTA con lo stesso sapore, ovvero senza, consistenza tipo chewing gum, ci ho messo mezz'ora per masticarne un pezzo. Penso di aver trovato il peggior panificio di Roma. Osceno. Artigianale un corno, altrimenti cambia mestiere. No, but not really! Attracted by the unusual location and some reviews (fake I imagine, otherwise by people accustomed to eating polystyrene) I wanted to try this oven. I took two half loaves of bread of different types (integral natural leavening and ciabatta type napoli), for a total of 400 gr and 4 mini mixed muffins. I spent more than 6 euros to eat ALL the stuff with the same taste, or without, chewing gum-like consistency, it took me half an hour to chew a piece. I think I found the worst bakery in Rome. Obscene. Crafted a horn, otherwise it changes jobs.

Il locale è piccolo e non permette di consumare in loco... ma fin qui poco male. Ciò che più disturba, è la maleducazione dei dipendenti e l'arroganza dei gestori. Infatti, dopo aver fatto notare che la pizza (bianca!!!) nel listino è segnata ad 11 €/kg mentre la commessa la stava erroneamente pesando a 13 €/kg (assurdo!!), per tutta risposta ci è stato detto che il listino appeso è sbagliato da tempo. All'invito di aggiornarlo ci è stato risposto che "i proprietari vogliono così".... così come? Far credere un prezzo e poi applicarne uno maggiore?? BAD EXPERIENCE!!! What is most disturbing is the rudeness of the employees and the arrogance of the managers. In fact, after pointing out that the pizza (white !!!) in the list is marked at 11 € / kg while the order was mistakenly weighing it at 13 € / kg (absurd !!), in response we were told that the hanging price list has been wrong for some time. When asked to update it, we were told that "the owners want it" .... so how? Make believe a price and then apply a higher one ??
M	Marco Sabatelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto ottimo, squisito, per non parlare del pane integrale sciapi che è sublime..personale simpatico. All excellent, delicious, not to mention the wholemeal sciapi bread which is sublime .. nice staff.

Excellent pizza and good bread, then desserts, pizzas, in short, a really wonderful bakery. The super friendly and nice staff ... which never hurts!

Consigliatissimo During the Easter period I bought all the typical specialties of the period: the casatiello, the cheese cake and the Neapolitan pastiera. All excellent. Highly recommended

Purtroppo le ultime due volte che ho acquistato mi è capitato di notare che il personale addetto al banco usa gli stessi guanti in lattice neri, sia per manipolare il cibo che per fare il servizio cassa e quindi toccare i soldi. Sinceramente è una cosa veramente poco igienica, l'ho fatto anche notare alla signora, che mi ha risposto in modo maleducato che è del tutto normale e che loro lavorano così. Praticamente con quei guanti fra soldi, rimasugli di farina, briciole più il gel disinfettante chi più ne ha più ne metta. Le pizzette ovviamente le ho dovute buttare. I often go to this oven to buy pizza or rustici, which are good. Unfortunately, the last two times I bought I happened to notice that the counter staff use the same black latex gloves, both to handle the food and to do the cashier service and then touch the money. Honestly it is a very unhygienic thing, I also pointed this out to the lady, who replied in a rude way that it is completely normal and that they work like this. Practically with those gloves between money, remnants of flour, crumbs plus the disinfectant gel, the more you have the more you put. Obviously the pizzas I had to throw away.

Complimenti ??? Whole grain bread with cereals delicious delicious pizzas in short, you are spoiled for choice .... Highly recommended ... On Sunday morning you are open by chance ?
