Peccato comunque sempre bravi ?? Arrivo alle 23.48 e c'è una persona in fila e dentro un farmacista a lavorare. Sulla vetrina trovo scritto "servizio sospeso dalle 23.45 alle 8". Mi pare strano visto che ha turno notturno, e aspetto qualche minuto. La persona nel negozio, a 2 metri dal vetro, non si fila la gente che attende fuori (nel frattempo 3 persond) alchè busso chiedendo attenzione e il farmacista indica il foglio scritto con un pennarellaccio rivendicando la chiusura. Praticamente se non avessi chiesto avremmo potuto stare lì fuori in attesa per 3 ore e se ne sarebbe fregato. Bel servizio notturno. Non ci andrò mai più. Sono corso a Via delle Robinie, servito velocemente e col sorriso alla faccia vostra che non vi siete nemmeno scusati. Basically if you hadn't asked we could have stood out there waiting for 3 hours and he wouldn't have given a damn. Nice night service. I will never go there again. I ran to Via delle Robinie, served quickly and with a smile on your face that you didn't even apologize.

Ma chi si reca in farmacia di notte, lo fa per necessità. Mi è dispiaciuto aver constatato una scortesia totale, sperando che sia solo un unicum; alla richiesta di un piccolo chiarimento circa una cosa che non trovavo, con tutto il garbo del mondo, lo spazientimento e l'arroganza hanno accolto le mie parole. Mi dispiace, ma un cliente, specie in una situazione di necessità, non si tratta in questo modo. Quest'odierna mancanza di empatia e di cortesia purtroppo prende sempre più piede. Auspico, tornandoci, di imbattermi in professionisti più cortesi e gentili e potermi ricredere. A presto. Un punto di riferimento fondamentale per qualsiasi necessita'soprattutto in considerazione degli orari e gg illimitati di apertura...basti pensare ai weekend, le festivita' o la sera tardi quando tutte le altre farmacie sono ormai chiuse. Pharmacy open 24 hours a day - 7 days / 7 days. Well stocked, modern, fast, efficient and courteous. A fundamental point of reference for any need, especially in consideration of the unlimited opening hours and days ... just think of weekends, holidays or late evenings when all the other pharmacies are now closed.

Personale medico super competente, e gentile,nello specifico il dottor Andreas e un bravissimo medico,sono alcuni anni che tiene in cura mia moglie rita con delle cure a base di erbe che lui prepara per varie problematiche, con ottimi risultati.
