Questa mattina ho acquistato a caro prezzo 7.90 (nelle altre farmacie nn sta' più di 5 euro) un test di autodiagnosi covid dopo 4 ore l'ho riportato in farmacia per cambiarlo con un altro prodotto nella bustina come me lo hanno dato loro... perfettamente sigillato... Io nn l'ho nemmeno tirato fuori dalla busta. Mi hanno risposto che nn è possibile sostituire il prodotto per via del covid... Nn c'è nessuno avviso in farmacia in merito e non è previsto da nessuna normativa. Pessimi e per nulla gentili. Mai più...
Bad I will never go there again. This morning I bought at a high price 7.90 (in other pharmacies it is not more than 5 euros) a covid self-diagnosis test after 4 hours I took it back to the pharmacy to change it with another product in the sachet as they gave it to me .. perfectly sealed ... I didn't even take it out of the envelope. They replied that it is not possible to replace the product because of the covid ... There is no notice in the pharmacy about it and it is not required by any legislation. Bad and not at all kind. Never again...
