★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La migliore farmacia del quartiere Appio-Latino. Un punto di riferimento. Prezzi concorrenziali, vasta scelta di prodotti. Sono cliente da più di dieci anni e difficilmente cambierò strada. All'inizio della pandemia, quando nessuno aveva mascherine ed amuchina, la Zelli ha saputo garantire tali beni, seppur "razionati" a causa delle difficoltà di reperimento. E non è tutto. Mentre tante altre farmacie esercitavano una vera e propria speculazione sui prezzi, la Zelli li ha mantenuti calmierati. Imbattibile in tutto. Ottimo anche il servizio tamponi e quello delle spedizioni online. Sì, c'è sempre tanta fila, ma è piuttosto scorrevole. È vero, ci sono giorni in cui il personale non è particolarmente sorridente, ma lavorando a quei ritmi credo sia più che comprensibile. Non sono mai stata trattata in maniera scortese.

At the beginning of the pandemic, when no one had masks and amuchina, Zelli was able to guarantee these assets, albeit "rationed" due to the difficulties in finding them. And that's not all. While many other pharmacies practiced real price speculation, Zelli kept them calm. Unbeatable in everything. The swab service and the online shipping service are also excellent. Yes, there is always a lot of queue, but it's pretty smooth. True, there are days when the staff are not particularly smiling, but working at that pace I think it's more than understandable. I have never been treated unkindly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente la migliore farmacia per assortimento e prezzi dei prodotti ( anche se ultimamente aumentati di 4/5 € rispetto il passato). Ottimo il servizio whatsapp. Ma una cosa devo dire....il personale del reparto profumeria è alquanto scortese e poco disponibile. Decisamente professionale e gentile il personale al piano di sotto.
Surely the best pharmacy for assortment and prices of products (although recently increased by 4/5 € compared to the past). Excellent whatsapp service. But one thing I have to say .... the staff in the perfume department are quite rude and not very helpful. Quite professional and kind the downstairs staff.
