★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roma è stracolma di farmacie competenti e professionali. Ma la Farmacia Franchi gestita completamente al femminile tra Dott.sse e personale è "unica" per così tanti motivi che sarebbero troppo lunghi da elencare.
Rome is packed with competent and professional pharmacies. But the Pharmacy Franchi managed all-female staff of Drs and "unique" for so many reasons that would be too long to list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo, ma in pratica devo venire in farmacia già sapendo cosa voglio altrimenti mi si prova a vendere cose più costose per raccimolare più soldi:
1. una volta mi serviva uno sciroppo per la tosse perché stavo malissimo e mi è stato consigliato uno sciroppo perché OTTIMO. Torno a casa lo uso diversi giorni ma non cambia niente, stupida io per aver letto dopo che era uno sciroppo alle erbe naturale, quindi inutile.
2. Mi serviva una spray per la gola e stavano nuovamente per rifilarmi qualcosa di super naturale alle erbe ma, memore dello sciroppo, ho insistito per altro.
3. Diverse settimane fa ho chiesto un antistaminico perché per la prima volta provavo allergia stagionale, mi è stato dato un antistaminico di 15€, in alternativa sempre il solito coso naturale. Un'altra farmacia ieri mi ha venduto un antistaminico questa settimana a 5€ e funziona benissimo lo stesso. Quindi potevate darmi delle opzioni con suggerimenti e lì stava a me scegliere.
Consiglio: ho capito che sono giovane e ignorante su queste cose, ma tentare sempre di fregare così la gente non è bello. Verrò comunque da voi perché super gentili, ma ripensate a come trattare i clienti e smettetela di consigliare in primis quella roba naturale alle erbe. Proponete alternative.
Very kind staff, but in practice I have to come to the pharmacy already knowing what I want otherwise I try to sell more expensive things to collect more money:
1. I once needed a cough syrup because I was terribly ill and I was recommended a syrup because it was EXCELLENT. I go home I use it several days but nothing changes, stupid me for reading after it was a natural herbal syrup, therefore useless.
2. I needed a throat spray and they were about to give me something super natural with herbs again, but, mindful of the syrup, I insisted on something else.
3. Several weeks ago I asked for an antihistamine because for the first time I had a seasonal allergy, I was given an antihistamine of 15 €, alternatively always the usual natural thing. Another pharmacy yesterday sold me an antihistamine this week for € 5 and it works just fine. So you could give me options with suggestions and it was up to me to choose.
Tip: I understand that I am young and ignorant about these things, but always trying to fool people is not nice. I will come to you anyway because they are super nice, but think about how to treat customers and stop recommending that natural herbal stuff first. Propose alternatives.
